It is the best college in the North region.

Placements: Placements of this college are good and increasing year by year. Many well-known companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, etc., visit our campus for placements. Many students get placed without any problem. The college also provides the internship programme for students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is world-class and technology-wise up to date. There are many labs for students to enhance their practical skills and prepare themselves industry-ready. There are many labs like designing lab, computers centres, centres of excellence, IBM labs, DIY (do it yourself), mechanical workshop, etc. Apart from this, medical centre, a library, canteen, hostel, cafe and tuck shop facilities are available on the campus. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and it is lush green.

Faculty: Faculty members of COER are very dedicated to their work and very helpful for all students. Most of the faculty members are from IITs and NITs. Some of them have international exposures of teaching and industry. The way they taught the students is very effective, and also they focus on the average students and keep them under their more supervision. Overall, the cooperation of faculty members is very good.
