DoT, Shivaji University offers a four-year BTech programme in the full-time mode. The UG-level programme is offered in various specialisations. The subject included in the course curriculum depend on the specialisations selected by the students. However, the course structure for all specialisations is the same. Some pointers on the DoT BTech course structure are as follows:

• The four-year course is divided into eight semesters
• The curriculum is based on the CBCS scheme
• It includes various core and elective subjects relevant to the selected specialisations
• The curriculum also minor and major projects in addition to the theoretical and the practical subjects

During the academic year 2022-23, the department organised 10 training sessions in each programme. The department witnessed the participation of 75 recruiters selecting more than 150 students.
