NTA will release the JEE Mains admit card 2026 a few days before the exam date. The link to download JEE Mains 2026 admit card session 2 will be available on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates will require their application number and password to download the admit card.

The city intimation slip is the first personalised document released by NTA. It shows the allotted exam date and exam city. After you doenload the JEE Mains admit card, you have to:
- Paste a photo (same as the one uploaded in the online form before reaching the exam centre).
- Do signature (on the exam day, in presence of invigilator)
- Put left hand thumb impression (before reaching the exam centre)
Candidates will not be allowed entry inside JEE Main exam centre without the printout of JEE Mains admit card downloaded from the website. It is mandatory to downlaod the JEE Main admit card, take its printout and carry it to the exam centre.
No, candidates must carry their JEE Main admit card downloaded from the official website to appear in the exam. Candidates will not be allowed to appear in the exam if they do not have JEE Main 2026 admit card. JEE Main exam city intimation slip is not accepted for entry to the exam centre or appearing in the exam.

Check Final Exam Date on JEE Main Admit Card
Just 3-4 days before the exam, the authority will publish the JEE Mains 2026 admit card. The admit card is a mandatory document required to be carried to the exam hall while appearing for the test. This is the document which mentions the complete JEE Main exam centre address, exam date and the shift timings.
