Placements: Xavier Institute provides best placements opportunities to its students. In the CSE branch, around 40–45% of the students gets placed at this college. The average package offered at the college was between 3 and 6 LPA. The top recruiters in this college were Infosys, North Ladder, KPMG, Deloitte, etc. The top roles offered in the course were software developers, web developers, etc.
Infrastructure: The Xavier Institute had really good infrastructure for computer science. The labs of the college had properly working computers for the students programming practice. The library of the college was well stocked. The entire college campus had a Wi-Fi facility. Other necessary facilities, like a hostel, canteen, sports and medical facilities, were available for the college students.

It has a decent infrastructure. It has good placements and helpful facilities.
Placements: Above 70% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is above 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Capgemini, Jio, Accenture, etc., visit the college for placements. About 20-30% of students got an internship from reputed companies. We get to know about various financial aspects.
Infrastructure: There are great facilities in our college. It also has a great infrastructure. It has a full range of Wi-Fi for the students as well as teachers. It has a library, playground, canteen, indoor games court, etc. I have no idea about the hostel. A first aid kit is available on every floor.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They always used to encourage us and spread great information. The course curriculum is relevant. Semesters exams are quite easy as they provide a question bank before the exams, and students find a way easy to score great marks. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: Our college organises a fest named Spandan with a lot of games and functions. A scholarship for first-year students was given by our college director.

Xavier Institute of Engineering at a glance.
Placements: The training and placement cell (TPO) in XIE aims in providing placement assistance and offers to all the students who want a On Campus offer. They also provide placement training and mock interviews known as the Virtual Placement that's held right from first year.
Infrastructure: The Labs in XIE are fully furnished and air conditioned. The Class have the projector facility and a whiteboard and blackboard. The library consists of all the books you need as per your curriculum, it also has competitive exam books. Though I didn't opt for the Hostel facilities we have the hostel facility for both boys and girls.
Faculty: The teachers in XIE hold a Ph.D. degree and most of them have Masters degree. They are always available for doubts and also arrange remedial lectures. We are also assigned Mentors who could guide us and conduct mentoring sessions. These sessions are held every week.

One of the Best Engineering college in Mumbai.
Placements: Approximately 55-60 percent of students got placed in MNC's through college placement during the year 2016-17. The average the highest salary offered to the students was 4L PA and the average minimum salary offered was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were L&T, Infosys, Capgemini. Most of the students were placed as a Software Developer/Software Engineer. For on-campus placements, the XIE placement cell is very active. Placement cell conducts mock interview sessions, seminars to prepare students for Interviews. They help students with off-campus interviews as well. After graduation, if students are looking for jobs, XIE placement cell help students with ongoing interviews in various companies.
Infrastructure: The classrooms and Labs at XIE are air-conditioned with a facility of the projector. The classrooms are well-equipped with Blackboard and benches. Labs have enough computers to compared to students. The internet connection provided has a speed of 100 MBPS. Students are allowed to work in Labs for course projects. The library has books on various topics academics, fictional, non-fictional. Students are allowed to study in the library enough benches and desks are provided. The XIE has big ground which is rare to find in colleges based in Mumbai.
Faculty: One of the best things at XIE is the teaching staff. The teaching staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Most of the professors are pursuing /completed Ph.D. Professors are always available to resolve students' doubts. Since XIE is affiliated to Mumbai University, the course curriculum is not practical oriented. But the professors encourage students to take a Research-oriented project during the final year and help them in their research.
Other: The college conducts both Technical, Cultural fests and sports events. XIE also conducts TED talk every year.

Our college principal is the best.
Placements: Placements in our college are really good. At least 85% of the students get placed every year. Our college has a training and placement department where they prepare us for placements and guide us through the process. Mostly, reputed companies visit the campus for placements. This year, the highest package offered was 9 lakhs per annum.
Infrastructure: Every corner on the campus has access to Wi-Fi. Students have to go for registration to avail it. Classrooms are clean, and the tables are designed so good that it is comfortable for us to make engineering drawings and other drawings. Labs are renovated, and every lab is air-conditioned. We have a gymkhana where we all play table tennis and carrom. We do have two grounds, one for basketball and the other for cricket and football.
Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful and guide you very well throughout the project and clear your doubts on the spot. They are friendly and approachable. Teachers are good at their job. They help us at every moment. They solve our doubts even the day before the exam.
Other: We have fests called Spandan, Sparx, Transmission and TedX.
