Good college, infrastructure, and location.
Placements: Students at Galgotias University become eligible for campus placements starting from the 6th semester. Companies also visit during the 6th semester for internships, which often convert into full-time job offers. At Galgotias, internships are considered an important part of the B.Tech program. Most students start getting internship opportunities from the 3rd year (6th semester). Some companies also offer short-term internships after the 3rd year. Many companies like Wipro, TCS, and Infosys visit frequently. The average package for TCS is 4 to 6 LPA. Around 30% of students get placed.
Infrastructure: The campus is small compared to the number of students in the university, but campus life is awesome. There are many clubs, such as singing, acting, dancing, sports, and fancy dress. The library facilities are good, with three libraries. It includes one specifically for engineering. Galgotias University focuses on delivering holistic education. It covers all aspects of an individual’s personality across various spheres. There are many sports activities available, with both indoor and outdoor sports facilities, as well as a fully equipped gymnasium.
Faculty: Faculty-to-student ratio in my program is around 1:30 to 1:35. Most classes have a manageable number of students. It allows professors to give personal attention when needed. They are approachable outside of class hours and willing to help with doubts if you reach out politely. In my opinion, the course curriculum is excellent in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness. The university organizes activities based on real-world applications. It helps strengthen students’ skills. The teaching methods are consistent across all departments. However, the frequency and timing of exams are not very systematic.

Overall, it is good compared with the tuition fees.
Placements: In GCET, the placement rate is average. The package offered is 4 LPA-5. The academics are good, but they do not focus on how they help their students to get placed, and they do not provide any help. They only focus on exams, assignments, and projects. Also, they are combined placements with Galgotias University, so it affects the placement rate of GCET.
Infrastructure: The girls' hostel is very good. There is no boundary of anything inside the hostel, but it requires a gate pass with the parents' consent to go out. The wardens are good and the cleaning and maintenance are completely done by the day. Overall, it is good.
Faculty: Faculty members are very experienced and good, but they only teach for their own needs. Some teachers are very good and help students further in their studies, but some are very careless. They only work for money, not to help students. Internal marks are given on the basis of performance.

It's good college if you want to focus on your skills.
Placements: Approximately 80% of students got placed. The average package is 7 LPA. Internship percentage is approximately 50%, and the roles you don't know are Infosys, Google, and Paytm. The highest package is 1.3 crores. The lowest is approximately 2 LPA. Many local companies come for the placement and internship. There are many role offers in this college.
Infrastructure: In every block, Wi-Fi is available, and the library is too short, according to me. Labs are very good at this time, classrooms are good, hostel facilities are good, canteen is also good, mess is also good, so there is no ground now. The Wi-Fi is fast, and medical facilities are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. It's easy for any student. The pass percentage is approximately 80%. Teachers always try to teach only the theory of the subject.
Other: My interest is in AI, so I chose this course. There are many theory classes. Events are good, and scholarships are provided by the government.

Overall, colleges in Greater Noida are good, with a greenery-filled environment, with 75% ROI.
Placements: Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology is quite strong, with reports indicating a placement rate of around 85.9% for UG programs in the 2024 placement drive. Some specific branches, particularly Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), boast nearly a 100% placement rate.
Infrastructure: There are blocks from A to F, and all are busy acquiring the class of students. The D block is specially allotted for freshers or 1st year students for both labs and theory classes. The central library, in F block, has a capacity of 1000 students. Early comes can only get in-campus hostels, and hostel facilities are decent.
Faculty: The faculty members are very supportive in all years, but the thing is that to keep in touch with them. The curriculum is designed by AKTU, and the college also adds some more subjects to enhance the skills. There is only one exam, which is the end exam, along with some CAE tests conducted before the end exam.
Other: The college provides all types of practical labs in good condition for freshers and all 1st year students. Some celebrities like Bobby Deol, Suriya (Singham), and Disha Patani have also visited the campus. Extracurricular activities like sports and dance are organized by specific clubs.

If you work hard, placements won't disappoint. If you want to grab big packages, then earn it.
Placements: The highest package is 44 LPA by Microsoft, the 2nd highest by Autodesk, 39 LPA. The median is 5.5 LPA. Recruiters' participation, over 640 companies visit our college. Top recruiters include Amazon, Autodesk, Walmart, American Express, etc. Every year, at least 500 students are placed.
Infrastructure: Food quality is mediocre. Wi-Fi is good. Classrooms are fine, but every class should be equipped with modern projectors for a better class and study experience. The campus is good. Big campus. Medical facilities are also fine. Zero in sports equipment.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They provide their best resources for doubts. The course curriculum should be changed. It's still following the pattern of the 2008 syllabus. Semester exams are difficult. You have to prepare continuously, and no jokes regarding the exams.
Other: I'm in 2nd year of college. My branch is B.Tech EC-ACT, which means Electronics and Communication (Advanced Communication Technology). The best thing about my course is that it is relevant and also has scope for the future. The only thing that should have improved is changing the syllabus to a new one. Events are not heavily organized. The main focus of this college is on study. The campus crowd is decent.

It is value for money. It is a private college with good infrastructure and teaching.
Placements: You have to gain at least 7.5 percentile to have a good placement.
Infrastructure: You can also study in the library, which is a very good and peaceful place where one can study properly. Wi-Fi and labs are provided by the college. It has well-settled labs with instruments.
Faculty: They are very knowledgeable in their field and give their best to teach students. We have to pay attention to the studies when the teacher is teaching to attain good marks. We also have to give all exams and internals to gain good marks. It will help to gain a good score in the result. Faculty members are good and always ready to help with studies. Study material is provided by the teachers. We have to clear all backlogs if we have, and do the things that teachers say. Don't bunk the classes, also maintain proper attendance because AKTU doesn't allow students who have less attendance.
Other: I chose this branch because it provided a high placement ratio.
