After getting successfully registered for the course, students must have provide required documents to college for verification purpose. These are the documents, that both Indian and International students required for admission to BSc at Gandhinagar University:
- Recent passport size photographs (05 no.).
- Certified copy of original mark sheet and certificates of all passed examinations. Class 12/ Intermediate / Senior Secondary / Higher Secondary
- School Leaving Certificate
- Birth Certificate or an Examination Certificate showing DOB.

Gandhinagar University offers 12 specialisations in its BA course. Some of these are three-year programmes, while others are four-year honors programmes. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the BA programme at Gandhinagar University requires candidates to have completed Class 12 irrespective of any stream satisfaction. Step – 4: The website redirected you to confirmation screen. Confirm the details and click ‘confirm’.
Step – 5: Now select the payment option from the following:
1. Net Banking (If you have an account with State Bank of India or any other bank)
2. Card payment (debit card / credit card / other bank debit card)
3. Other payment mode (with manual challan to pay at SBI branch by cash/cheque)
Step – 6: If you choose 'SBI branch' under 'other payment modes, ' the following screen will appear. This means your information is stored in the SBI database. Click on the ' [re-acknowledge form in PDF' link to generate the challan.
Step – 7: Print the challan that shown below on website, go to any SBI branch and pay the fees as per challan at cash counter.
Note: After making the payment by any method, students must submit a copy of the acknowledgment slip (for net banking and card payments) or a copy of the deposit challan (for other payment methods) to the student section within two days.

The Cutoff ranks ranged between 15268 and 38463 for the General HS quota candidates. For the Computer Engineering course, the Cutoff closed at 15268, for the General HS category candidates.
For the OBC HS category candidates, the Cutoff for BTech in Computer Engineering was 27388, making it the toughest course. For the SC category candidates, the cutoff for CE closed at 33135, and for the ST HS category candidates, the Cutoff closed at 10377. For the PWD category candidates, the Cutoff for BTech in CE closed at 17456.
