GECA Highlights 2025
Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad wasestablished in 1960 in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. It is an engineering institute that includes seven Engineering departments including Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical-Electronics & Power Engineering and more. GECA, Aurangabad is UGC recognised institute which has been accredited by the NBA and approved by the AICTE. GECA is an affiliated college of the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
GECA has a training and placement cell to provide placement support to all its students. There are several facilities including a central library with digital access, an examination cell, a hostel for both boys and girls, a cafeteria, a sports club, a medical centre, seminar halls, auditoriums, and more. GECA faculty is comprised of qualified and highly experienced professionals that possess years of experience. GECA Admission Process and Important Dates 2025
The GECA admission process is based on the national level entrance exams. For BTech admission, MHT-CET or JEE Main exams valid score is needed. For MTech, a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology with at least 50% marks is needed, or the candidates have cleared for the GATE exam.
