Good placements in 2023 and good infrastructure.
Placements: In my college, 70 percent of students were placed at INR 8 to 10 LPAs and companies like TVS, TCS, Wipro, Hyundai, and L&T. 90 percent of students are getting internships with companies like ONGC, etc. And managers, HR, supply chain management, and many other roles are offered to students.
Infrastructure: GCE hostels will be properly maintained; they give a good taste to the food. Hostel wardens are strict and kind people, and medical facilities are available in my hostel every day. We will play all sports and games in my hostel, which is better quality than other hostels.
Faculty: In my college, all the faculty members who are Ph.D. holders will teach best, and professors are more friendly, help with any problems, and give more assignments. Tests are very difficult, but students are getting good marks. They have more permission to visit the industry. The semester is very difficult, and the pass percentage is like 80% or above.
Other: I chose the Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) department because, for some reasons, it is the royal branch of the engineering field and best for my future. I would like to improve more labs and arrangements for fests and cultural events. All the symposiums are available in my branch.

Review of Government College of Engineering.
Placements: In the previous year, about 40% of students got placed in our course. Almost 60% of students got placed in our college. Top recruiting companies were TCS, ONGC, Central Railway Workshop, The Zip Yard, etc. The Tamil Nadu government provided funds for the internship program.
Infrastructure: Our college provides smart classrooms for all departments. Smart classrooms are well-equipped with boards, etc. The food served in the canteen and hostel is average.
Faculty: Our teachers are doctorates. Their teaching quality is good. They conduct online classes. The pass percentage is 60%.
Other: I opted for this course because, nowadays, industries are full of machinery and it has a good scope in the future. We can know to operate the machine and design the product with high quality and strength. Every year, our department conducts a national-level technical symposium. Minority scholarships are available in our college. Our college has a sports team and achieved many trophies and rewards in sports like cricket, volleyball, kho-kho, etc. Our college conducts many competitions so that students can improve their skills and gain experience.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are qualified. The pass percentage is average. Teachers are knowledgeable and very kind. They are doctorates with many papers. The course curriculum is great for advanced technology. Overall, the education provided is good. Their way of teaching is so good.
