Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also good. The curriculum, though vast, is relevant to the course. The semester exams are hard, but they help in training students for the final exam and in improving the pass percentage. The pass percentage is about 90%.

Ciceron, luminare, collateral, etc., are books provided by union members to improve the scores and to study the important topics.

Faculty: Medical colleges in Kerala come under the Kerala University of Health Sciences. The college follows the syllabus of KUHS, which is very relevant to modern medical education.
