The college is one of the best college in Punjab for pursuing core branches.
Placements: Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana is a pretty good college with a decent placement record. Many good companies like Schneider and other local companies in my branch recruit electrical engineers. This year, the highest package in Electrical Engineering is 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college has decent infrastructure and facilities, which are value for money. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. Hostels are pretty good, with attached washrooms in the first year, and the mess food is also good. The grounds and sports equipment are well-maintained, and the college excels in sports.
Faculty: The faculty of my college is highly educated and experienced, with an average of 20 years of experience. Many professors have completed their Ph.D. from IITs. The faculty for core branches is exceptional. The exams are of 60 marks, with 2 MSTs of 24 marks each.
Other: It is a good college for pursuing core branches. Our college had a very strong alumni network since 1956.

Review of Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College.
Placements: In the previous year, around 50-60% of students got placed from our college in good MNCs. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA for the role of specialist programmer in Infosys. Around 20 students got placed in Infosys. Top recruiting companies were Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, and many growing startups. Internship criteria varied accordingly on the number of students who applied for it or skills they own, or the projects they had made. Top roles offered were specialist programmer, web developer, software system developer, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good. Our college provides facilities like labs, classrooms, libraries, canteens, seminar halls, an auditorium, playgrounds, parks, etc. Our department has 15-20 computer labs and has more than 300 working computers with the latest operating systems. Our college has various seminar halls for workshops or seminars. Sports facilities are very good, which include a separate ground for major sports. Our college provides sports materials. The food served in the mess and canteen is good.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and helpful, but they don't have practical knowledge. They focus more on books rather than focusing on practical knowledge and projects. The course curriculum is designed according to industry needs. It changes from time to time to make students industry-ready. The difficulty level of exams varies and depends on students' preparation, but it is easy to score even before studying for exams.
Other: An athletic meet is held every year in our college, which includes many types of sports, races, etc.

It is a very good college.
Placements: Placements are good. Approximately 80-90% of students got placed in our course. They give us a lot of good opportunities so that we can grow well.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are good. It provides a good library. It also has separate boys' and girls' hostels. Facilities like gym and sports complex are also available. Wi-Fi service is available for day scholars and hostelers. There are 3 to 4 canteens on our campus.
Faculty: GNDEC is a good college as it provides a better platform for students to excel. Faculty members are experienced and supportive. Semester exams are easy. The pass percentage is 20%.
Other: It is a good engineering college in Ludhiana. Many induction programs and cultural activities help us in our personality development.

It is a good college with a good infrastructure.
Placements: Placements in electrical engineering are below average because of the core field, but placements in the CSE or IT department are good. In CSE or IT, some students got a salary package of 12 LPA, and some electrical students got placements in other fields.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the electrical department is good. The college provides good classrooms, Wi-Fi, a library, and hostel rooms. The college provides fresh food to hostel students. The college provides full air conditioning and Wi-Fi in the library. Students can issue books from the library by using the library card, which will be provided by the college at no cost.
Faculty: Teachers are masters in their field of teaching. Semester exams are a little bit difficult, and the pass percentage is 40%. Some teachers here studied at IITs. They will make the student ready for industry work. The college will provide training in any field the student wants.
Other: I chose this course because of my passion. There is nothing to improve in our course. Events and fests are excellent. There are so many extracurricular activities to perform.

Not much satisfied becouse of poor infrastructure.
Placements: Around 30 per cent of students were placed in my course. The highest package offered in my course is 6 LPA, the lowest package offered is 2 LPA. The average package is 3.5 LPA. Recruiter Companies in my college are Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Accenture, coca-cola, Essar, Byjus etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college and hostel is not much good. As it is getting old. Wi-Fi is in full campus but not with good speed. The library has more number of course books. The equipment in laboratories are old generation. Mess food is very bad and unhealthy.
Faculty: Teachers are good in nature but not much qualified. The course curriculum is also not much relevant they just fulfil the empty space on the name of subjects. Students are getting only theoretical knowledge but not much practical. The college has an autonomous status so they check exams on their own.

It is a good college with affordable fee charges.
Placements: About 30% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Wipro, TCS, Accenture, Coca-cola, etc., visit the campus. About 20% of the students got internships in companies like TCS, Coca-cola, etc.
Infrastructure: There are good facilities like the entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Classrooms are well, and labs are also well-maintained. They have new technology machines. Hostels are average but not much cleaned as very old not painted. Washrooms are good. Canteens are available and we also have a dispensary.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of all the teachers is not good but some are excellent. The course curriculum is not relevant to make students ready for industry. Semester exams are not so tough. The passing percentage is 33%.
Other: Scholarships available are like Fee Waiver Schemes, Freedom Fighters, etc. I choose this course to get a government job.

College is not good for studies. But it is good for enjoying your college life as hostel etc is cool
Placements: In CS and IT placements is around 30%.
In other branches it is almost zero.
The highest package is around 8 lacs
and average package is 3-4 lacs.
The lowest package is around 2 lacs.
Top companies are coca cola, accenture, wipro, infosis, hcl, tcs, essar, mahindra etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not so good as it is getting old. Laboratories have old instruments not digital or the latest. Campus is fully Wi-Fi. Classrooms are not much good just time pass. Library has not useful books. The books which teachers reffered are not available in library. Hostel is too bad. No cleanliness. Mess food is very bad and unhealthy.
Faculty: Teachers are good and helpful. This is the only good thing about the college. Teachers are experienced but sometimes lazy. This college is autonomous. Teachers make exam question paper by their own. Semester exams are easy. College has some flexibility.

Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College is the best college in Ludhiana.
Placements: The highest package goes up to 40 LPA. The placement scenario is good. The college has great tie-ups, which helps in providing great opportunities for students to get placed. The college also makes us eligible for government jobs. Overall, the placements are at the peak.
Infrastructure: Great facilities are assured. Labs, library, classrooms, ground, canteen and Wi-Fi facilities are available. Wi-Fi grants access by entering college details, username and password. Moreover, the building and furniture are well maintained.
Faculty: Students are advised to study regularly. End-semester exams and monthly tests are of average standard. Each student can clear the exams by studying at an average rate. Simultaneously, they provide study material for all, irrespective of any discrimination.
Other: Students, campus, staff, faculty, and everything has great influence and are the best at their own part.
