Absolutely satisfied by faculty but dissatisfied by the placement options.

Placements: The main feature of the college is the placements. I can call it average ; although there are some indian and foreign companies come to the college to hire and also the college held a webiner to perform course guidelines for future. But the career guidelines offered by them has not so many options, so I can rate them average.

Infrastructure: College library is very well maintained and the librarian guy is totally amazing. Library has decent amount of UG books as well as PG books. There are separate libraries for department also. You do not have to buy any books from outside, all the books from indian as well as foreign authors available at the college library.

Faculty: The teachers are so good, they are very helpful. If me or my parents have any issue regarding class the teachers held a meeting to discuss the problems and fix them. Also they complete and prepare any student before exam that they do not need any tuition from outside.

It is an average college, but some departments are great.

Placements: The college is not good for direct placement. It is just a degree college. Although some computer science students get a placement, but the number is not much. In other courses, there are no or very fewer chances. Most of the courses in the college are degree courses and not professional courses.

Infrastructure: The college is located at Kakurgachi in Kolkata. There is Wi-Fi facility, but not for students, that's the worst part. Lack of classrooms mainly in the department of physics. The labs are very good, but there is lack of space. The library is also very rich in terms of books collection. The facilities are not good. They will compel you to come to the college, and they will not end the syllabus.

Faculty: Microbiology and journalism departments are very good. They take full responsibility for every student. In the department of physics, the facilities are not helpful. They will compel you to come college, but they never finish the syllables. The practical classes you have to do at your own risk, they don't pay attention to your work.

This is my honest review.

Placements: Around 70?80% of students from the course were placed through campus recruitment drives. The highest package offered was approximately 10 LPA, while the lowest was 3 LPA, with the average package around 5 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies included TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, and HCL. Nearly 60% of students secured internships, often through campus support, in companies like TCS, Infosys, and local startups. The top roles offered were Software Developed, System Engineer, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, and Associate Consultant, providing students with diverse opportunities to begin their professional careers.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in our department are well-structured to support both academic and practical learning. Classrooms are spacious, equipped with projectors and modern teaching aids that create an interactive learning environment. As there are no hostel facilities provided, students usually arrange their own accommodation outside the campus. Regarding other amenities, the mess and canteen offer decent quality food at affordable prices, with a variety of meals to cater to different taste. Cleanliness and hygiene are generally maintained, making it a reliable option for students.

Faculty: The teachers in our department are highly qualified, approachable, and supportive. They possess strong subject knowledge and make the concepts clear with practical examples, which enhances learning. The overall teaching quality is good, focusing not only on theory but also on applications. The course curriculum is updated and designed to match current industry requirements, making students industry-ready through projects, assignments, and lab work. Semester exams are of moderate difficult; with regular study, students can perform well. The pass percentage remains consistently high, generally above 85?90%, reflection the effectiveness of teaching and student support.
