Great college and faculty members.
Placements: In recent years, the percentage of students placed in my course is 45 percent. The highest package of my course is 5.5 LPA and the lowest package in my course is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies for my course are healthcare institutions like Apollo Hospital and Birla Hospital. The percentage of students who got internships from my course is 35 percent in companies like Apollo Healthcare, Birla Healthcare, and Cipla Healthcare. The top roles in my course are senior department head, researcher, assistant researcher and assistant with a doctor.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in the facilities for my department, like Wi-Fi is very advanced technology, and the lab is so modern. The classrooms are very digital, and the library is an e-library, which means an electronic library that has all of the facilities of online book reading and very advanced computers for sharp reading and studies.
Faculty: The teachers are so helpful in PST, qualified and very knowledgeable. The teaching qualities are very good, and the teaching is so perfect. The course curriculum is very relevant. The course makes students industry-ready. The difficulty of the exams in my college is not very hard. The pass percentage last year was 55 percent.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in healthcare professionals and research and development. The best thing about my course is giving me some new opportunities for joining the research and fellowship programme for making the scientist dream to become possible for me. The thing that I recommend improving is the infrastructure, like the auditorium and seminar halls, which lack facilities and have issues, during ceremonies, they do not have proper management of problems.

It is known for excellent academics, strong career opportunities, and great placements.
Placements: Placements in our college are good, especially for students who are academically strong and participate in extracurricular activities. The highest salary packages vary from 20 LPA to 25 LPA, and other packages are around 10 LPA to 15 LPA. Major recruiters include Deloitte and Brain and Company.
Infrastructure: Hindu College has overall good infrastructure, with good and spacious classrooms with an air-conditioned facility and the library is well stocked as well. Especially, the economics department provides a good academic environment. As per my classmates, hostel facilities are also impressive in Hindu.
Faculty: Faculty members in the economics department are highly qualified and have deep knowledge of the concepts they are teaching. Mostly professors explain the concepts clearly not only for exam purposes but also for a deep understanding of the topic. This helps students in higher studies.
Other: I chose Economics Honours because it offers a strong combination of economic theory and excellent career opportunities and Hindu College provides a vibrant college life with diversified talents in students, which somewhere inspires me to improve my skills as well.

Best college of the University of Delhi without a shadow of doubt.
Placements: The placement record of my course isn't that prolific. Still there is a good scope of getting a good placement. Average package is 9 LPA-12 LPA. There are various internship programmes that students can participate in. 27 percent of students got internships. All in all students graduating from Hindu College have a bright future.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure-wise my course and hostel is top-notch. The beautiful area with a nice and cinematic view makes the campus even more beautiful. There is a beautiful amphitheatre, 3-4 seminar halls, with Sangneria seminar hall being the prestigious one. A lots of gardens and grounds on campus makes it even more prolific.
Faculty: Faculty are cooperative and easy to reach. They are always ready to give suggestions. Faculty are well-educated and highly professional. They are master in their professions. They know how to do both academic and professional encouragement of students and young minds.
Other: It's the ultimate place for academics. Its beautiful environment and prolific exposure make it even more good for students.

Operations research at Hindu College.
Placements: In 2024, I passed out from Hindu College. The college placement cell was genuinely one of the finest in the whole North Campus of Delhi University. Multiple big MNCs and companies visited the campus every year. The students running the placement cell were also very supportive throughout the whole process.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college was also very nice. We had big, clean classrooms, a nice library with well-organized books, and a well-maintained playground. We enjoyed many cricket matches with peers. There was also good Wi-Fi around the college except in a few places. Labs had quite old infrastructure and needed renovation.
Faculty: Faculty of Hindu College was also very well-read and experienced. They helped us in all phases of college, from studies to placement and future options. They were always available to help us with doubts in projects or assignments. The course was relevant as per job needs at that time. But now the job market requires more skills, so it should be further enhanced.
Other: The crowd of Hindu College consisted of topper students. They were always eager to learn and supportive of all peers in the college. The course should have more skill-based learning and practical classes to help students in their future career.

NIFR ranking 1 college means it is ranked number 1.
Placements: Not many students choose this course because most students choose it to prepare for civil exams and focus on government jobs. I chose this course because students get internships, exchange programs with foreign countries, and opportunities for further studies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is super good. All rooms have AC and are fully furnished. All rooms have AC and fans. The hostel and canteen food is good in quality and safe. The canteen is clean and big. A variety of food is provided for students in the college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Their teaching style is good. There is a research center for research students in the college. Semester exams are not very difficult, but there is an attendance criterion of above 67%. If this criterion is met, there is no problem.
Other: I chose this course for my preparation for government exams. Events, fests, and campus crowd are excellent.

Honest review and job-focused reality.
Placements: In my course, Mathematics, I could SEE only a few (2-3) students getting placed. This is also because very few students in the mathematics department sign up for placements. I would say that the rate would be 10% for those who applied for placements in the math department. In my course, the highest was around 13 LPA, and the lowest was 5 LPA. 4-5 students got internships, which again depends on how many people applied in the first place. Top roles are sales and marketing, data analysis, and analysis.
Infrastructure: The boys' hostel has been under construction for a long time. It will be finished soon. Overall, the infrastructure is great. We get Wi-Fi access, and the library is amazing. There is no limit to resources because we get high-speed internet access in the library. However, the canteen food is bad: pricey, not cooked properly, not hygienic, too much oil and spices, limited options, and non-veg is sparsely available. I got diarrhea twice, once after having pav bhaji and once after a chicken roll.
Faculty: The only good thing is that the faculty is great and passionate. They love to teach. They love what they are teaching. The problem is the course structure. It is designed by the university. It is highly rigorous. It is completely proof-based. If someone wants to do application-based mathematics, quantitative mathematics, economics, and statistics-based mathematics, then those options are not there. It is not industry-ready per se, but if you can learn extra skills in either finance, consulting, technology, etc., then you will be a good candidate for placements.
