I am satisfied and happy with this college.
Placements: Almost 100% of students got placed in all departments. About 90% of students from the biomedical engineering department got placed in different companies and hospitals. The highest salary package offered is 11.5 LPA, and the lowest is 3.0 LPA. In the 2018-2022 batch, most students got placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Laboratories are good. Classrooms are huge. The library is one of the attractions of our college. There are four canteens in our college, and they offer good quality food. Sports coaching is also provided.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The third, fourth, and fifth semesters are difficult. This course is related to biology. The pass percentage is 50%. About 75% attendance is mandatory. The teaching quality is great.
Other: The campus is good, and different fests are organised. Symposium, cultural fests, sports, Holi, Onam, and Pongal are celebrated in our college.

Placements: A maximum of IT companies were there for the placement, like CTS, WIPRO, and INFOSYS. Some from my core branch, like RND and Healthwatch, are the top companies that came in the placing. My friends got placed in top IT companies like CTS and Wipro for RND solutions. They hire several students for the role of program analyst in CTS.
Infrastructure: We have a good infrastructure for the library, and we have an advanced lab for the beach courses. We attend various hackathon events in our college. Our hostel where I stayed was great and clean, and having a bathroom attached was more comfortable for the students. But the food was not the best.
Faculty: My perspective faculty members were too fine, and it was better to share our opinions regarding the subject. Exams are not quite tough to say, but we have to score half the amount of marks to get passed in the semesters. The teacher will teach us the basics needed for the students to prepare for them.
Other: I had a great time there. I loved the course and the college. I am interested in both medicine and engineering, so this course looks unique, so I chose it.

Our college is good with good placements.
Placements: In our college, there are good placement opportunities. Students are provided with good placement training. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA and the average salary package offered was 5 LPA. Almost all got placed in our department. I'm very happy to be part of HICET.
Infrastructure: In our college, hostel facilities are good. There are two ranges of rooms available namely, deluxe and normal. A normal room has a single room with a common bathroom and a deluxe room has a single room with an attached bathroom. The hostel food is good to eat and a variety of food is provided weekly.
Faculty: Facilities in our college are good. As it is an autonomous institution, exams are quite low as semester exam papers are corrected inside by external faculty members and questions will be set by internal facilities for the semester exam. The course content is good for improving knowledge.
Other: A wide range of scholarship facilities is available in our college.

Good infrastructure and placement opportunities .
Placements: Nearly 95% of us got placed in over almost many companies. Mostly they provide IT placement and average package is around 4.5 lpa. The highest package from our department is 12 lpa. The will provide you with placement trainings and regular placement tests.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure when it comes to college. Pleasant environment to enjoy the college life. Climate is awesome all throughout the year. Hostel infrastructure good and hostel food is somewhat okay. For girls the hostel management is strict like other colleges.
Faculty: For passing exams you have to score 50%. Regular internal exams, assignment and model exam will be conducted. Semester exam questions depends on faculty members as it is an autonomous. The paper correction will be done by external facilities of other colleges.
Other: Biomedical engineering is one of the fastest growing engineering field. There are wide range of opportunities available for biomedical engineers.

Good with a decent placements.
Placements: Many students have placed since the college opened. Many of the current studying students also train for their placements in various companies. The coaching for these placement oppurtunities is ok. Placement staffs are more friendly with the students. Overall placements is good
Infrastructure: Hostels are average and the food provided will be horrible. My course department will be good with better infrastructure and neat campus. Hostel is not that good. If you wanna eat better food, hostels are not advisable. Better take a rented house or pg. That will be better.
Faculty: Faculties are more friendly to the students and they will be very good at teaching the required skills needed for the course. The way of teaching will be good. Exams of our course will be based on the syllabus of the particular semster. As it is autonomous you'll be passed maximum
