IIT Sricity 2025 cutoff has been released for admission to various BTech specialisations on the basis of JEE Main scores. The cutoff was released category-wise for candidates belonging to the All India quota. Among the candidates belonging to the All India quota, the round 1 cutoff ranks varied between 24016 and 29056.

The selection process of IIIT Sri City M.Tech for Non-GATE is divided into two categories a)Non-GATE candidates with an undergraduate degree from CFTI institutes b) Non-GATE General candidates (Non-CFTI or CFTI with less than 8.0 CGPA). 

Selection process for both the categories is mentioned below:

Non GATE Candidates with an Undergraduate degree from CFTI Institutes

• The candidates will be selected on the basis of merit in the qualifying degree. Candidate must have scored a minimum of 8.0 CGPA to fall under this category.
• Shortlisted candidates have to appear for a Coding Test and Personal Interview conducted by IIIT Sri City.

Non GATE General candidates (Non-CFTI or CFTI with less than 8.0 CGPA)

• Candidates who does not have an undergraduate degree from a CFTI Institute or the aggregate score from CFTI institute is less than 8.0 CGPA, falls under this category.
• The selection is based on the entrance test conducted by IIIT Sri City, the syllabus of this entrance test is similar to GATE Syllabus.
• After appearing for the entrance test, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear for a Coding test followed by a personal interview.
• Prior work experience will be given additional weightage in the selection process.

For last year, the closing rank for B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering was 46486 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission in IIIT Sri City - Indian Institute of Information Technology.
