IIIT Sri City (Chittoor) offers three B.Tech specialisations, which are Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), and Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AI & DS). To secure a seat in the B.Tech programme of your interest, you must take the JEE Main exam and apply through the JoSAA or CSAB online counselling platforms. IIIT Sri City B.Tech Admission Dates 2026
IIIT Sri City B.Tech admissions take place through the JEE Main exam as well as JoSAA counselling. The process begins with the JEE Main Session 1 (January) and Session 2 (April), with final results and All India Ranks expected by May. After the results are out, successful candidates need to register for JoSAA counselling, which is historically held in June.
