The GATE marks required for admission to IIITDM Kancheepuram vary across courses, specialisations and rounds. For the General AI category candidates, IIITDM Kancheepuram GATE cutoff 2025 ranged from 350 to 483 for all MTech courses. As per the IIITDM Kancheepuram's admission guidelines, JEE Main score is required for admission to BTech programme. There is no other way to get admission to this course. Based on a valid JEE Main rank, candidates are allotted seats through JoSAA Counselling process. Further, vacant seats are filled with CSAB counselling process. Candidates must make sure to qualify the BTech eligibility citeria: Class 12 (Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology as an optional subject) with at least 75% aggregate.
