IIM Shillong Postgraduate Programme in Management (PGPM) leads to an MBA degree. This two-year course is offered in a full-time mode. Candidates seeking admission to IIM Shillong MBA are required to appear for CAT. Candidates who clear the CAT cut off for IIM Shillong admission will be invited to appear for further rounds of selection.

MBA Working Executives is two-year programme where live classes are held in online mode. The programme is designed for working professionals. The total programme fee for MBA-WE is INR 12 lakh.

IIM Shillong MBA Admission 2025: How to Apply?
For the IIM Shillong MBA admission, candidates need to register for the CAT exam. The eligible candidates can go to the CAT website (iimcat.ac.in) to apply. IIM Shillong admission process for this PG course is carried out in two phases. In the first phase, the applicants are shortlisted based on CAT percentile for group discussion and personal interview round. Selected candidates go to the second phase, in which, the final merit list is prepared. It is made as per candidates academic profile, work experience, CAT percentile, etc. Once the final admission offers are issued, candidates have to go to the IIM Shillong campus to register and complete the admission formalities.

The cutoff list is prepared as per the applicants CAT score. Then these candidates are shortlisted for the WAT/ PI round. Candidates who clear the IIM Shillong cut-offs in the sectional percentile ranks, the overall percentile rank and have a positive (greater than zero) raw score in all sections of CAT are to be considered for the next stage.
