Yes, IISER Bhopal accepts JEE score for admission. You can get admission in IISER Bhopal through JEE Main rank if you fulfill the eligibility criteria for the JEE advanced channel, which is to secure a JEE Advanced rank within 10,000. You also need to have 10+2 with a Science stream and Maths as one

There are three ways by which you can enter an IISER college.
i.e. KVPY, IAT (IISER Aptitude Test), and JEE Advanced.
You must secure a rank within first 15000 students, in your respective category (General / OBC / SC / ST). So, JEE is one of the way by which you can enter IISER, but not the only one.
