    Integrated course at IISER, Pune.
Placements: While coming to placement training I learned and experienced a lot, which is worth the money invested for placements. Zeus Numerix and Shell are some of the top recruiters from the college of IISER, Pune. Comparatively successive rate of placements is huge.
Faculty: Attendance history is most important which admit has to write semester examinations without any punishment or penalties. Faculty members arrange extra classes for students who are unable to perform well in the mid-exams. Weekly assignments and challenges are prepared by them in Google link.
Other: Management of the college always says that participation is more important than winning or losing. Students dress conservatively according to their convenience, but it must be formal. They pave a path for creation, innovation, and implementation followed by succession.

    The oldest IISER- IISER Kolkata.
Placements: Placements here are average till now. The average package is 7 LPA and the highest package is 12 LPA with placement percentage of 20%. But as the geological sciences field is growing and developing we can expect more and high placements in the recent future.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is kind of average but infrastructure of laboratories and classrooms is quite good. Library has hundreds of books believe me you would love to come here to sleep. Mess food is better than most of the IITs and IISERs. Medical facilities include 3-4 ambulances, qualified doctors, and free medicine for all.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful You would love to discuss scientific things with them as all of them are researchers so you are going to get a good research exposure in here. Course curriculum is quite tough but no need to worry you can find time for extracurricular activities too. Students have to be aware of the exam time because you would need to study.

Best faculty members and good infrastructure.
Placements: If you are coming for a job, then it is not a good option. Because most of the students choose to study further and do a Ph.D. in their specific subject. Since students do not choose jobs, placement cells are not that developed.
Infrastructure: The overall college infrastructure is excellent and we can say the same; over-top IIT and AIIMS infrastructure is also here. We get everything on the campus. There is no need to go out for anything. They have all academics classes and labs.
Faculty: We are provided with the top faculty or the top most teachers present at the national level. Our schedule is made by college and it is also on the official site of our college. We have exams on a regular basis and the question paper is set by the teacher itself.
Other: Our campus is controlled by students so that's why it is good and in the way we want.

Only come here if you actually want to study Science, not for the name that it is a top institute.
Placements: There is no such placement opportunity here. Being a research institute, it actually not supposed to provide placements to their students. Yes, you can apply for better Ph.D. opportunities, which will provide you stipend. Although, the institute has an underdeveloped cell which may help you for placements in further years.
Infrastructure: Labs are the best thing you may find here in this institute as it is funded on hefty basis by the government and also there are such people to guide you in this. Hostels are pretty good, as they have paid automatic washing machines, sufficient spaced rooms, and other facilities.
Faculty: To be very honest, curriculum is actually pretty much strict and tight scheduled. Exams are not much different for any other colleges. For particular courses there are particular professors who make their own criteria for passing an exam and the question paper pattern.

Good infrastructure and facilities. Absolutely satisfied with faculty and studies.
Placements: If you are looking for placements, then it is not a place for you, Here students mailny focus on research, then Ph.D. Although there are placements in college, not as many as IIT. Students do Ph.Ds abroad or in India and get a stipend. Many students preferred doing Ph.D. from abroad.
Infrastructure: Faculty members are excellent; all of them are very cooperative; they are best in their own particular areas. Labs here are fully equipped (best), library 24x7, Wi-Fi available in whole campus, hostels are good, mess food is very good compared to other places, at most all sports and games, 24?7 medical facilities (free). Want to know more, then visit the Iiser Kolkata site.
Faculty: Teachers are excellent in their own particular field (best); they are all Ph.D. holders and very cooperative. Here you will not remember things; you will understand it and learn to apply it in real life. Exams are not focused on memory but on understanding. If you come here, one thing is for sure: you don't have to memorise things. If you understand, then you pass the exam. Exams are focused on understanding why you may find them difficult because you will not be able to find questions as they are in your notes but based on them, but as I said earlier, if you pay slight attention in class then you are good to go. CGPA matters here; CGPA is certainly important. You should have a good CGPA because there are subjects that have minimum CGPA criteria.
Other: The best thing is that if you become a researcher, you can discover or invent new things, although it takes time but it's worth it.

Best college in academics for pursuing science, but decent in the infrastructure of sports complex.
Placements: Mostly, people go abroad to do research and do a PhD in my department. Students also prepare for GSI. In my course, there are no placements. In mathematics, the average package ranges from 7-10 LPA. The top recruiting company is Deloitte, but if students are referring for placements, then they should not join this college. Internships are similar to those in basic sciences, and most people go abroad for that. It is well-paid in India and Canada, i.e., a package that ranges from 40-50 LPA. Students used to go for Maitacs every year, but now people go to Tokyo, France, Germany, and the US.
Infrastructure: As compared to other IISERs, we have the worst infrastructure for living, but Wi-Fi, classrooms, library, and labs are the best in the nation. The hostel is double shared occupancy till the final year, or sometimes triple sharing. If students are non-vegetarian, then the canteen is the best place to opt for. Medical facilities are available, and there is a free check-up as well as insurance of 1.5 lakhs. Sports and games infrastructure is not so good. It is decent, but IISER Kolkata provides us with full independence to play at any time.
Faculty: We have one of the best faculty members in India. The knowledge level is top. The qualification background is good, and every professor has a postdoctoral position outside India in a good and reputable college. Many of them are PhD holders from outside India. The teaching qualities are quite good as they are mostly researchers. Some professors are good. They have won the national and the best teachers award. We have the best curriculum as it is relevant, with research, and includes going abroad. Some of the departments are really tough. It is tough to pass in mathematics, etc.
Other: I chose this college because I saw it as one of the best in academics, and in the nation, and I just failed in JEE Advanced, so I have to go somewhere. This is my destiny. For my course betterment, if professors were more lenient in the grading scale, it would be best. Events and fests are not conducted on campus, but we are trying to restart the culture of the fest.
