IIT Patna MSc Eligibility & Highlights 2026
IIT Patna MSc course is a PG level course that is offered in full-time for a duration of two years. MSc at IIT Patna is available in three specialisations which are MSc in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. The MSc course a IIT Patna is also offered in integrated course modes with either PhD or BTech courses.

No, IIT Patna does not offer direct admission to the MSc programme. Students planning to seek admission to IIT Patna MSc programmes must apply for a Joint Admission Test, known as IIT JAM.
