 As per the official 2021-22 report, 117 offer letters were received. More than 50 companies participated, out of which 25 were first-time recruiters. The Indraprastha College's highest package stood at INR 21 LPA and was offered by D. E. Shaw & Co. The average package offered during 2022 placements was INR 5.22 LPA. Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2026 registration will commence in first week of March at cuet.nta.nic.in. NTA will release the CUET 2026 notification in first week of March 2026. In 2022, Indraprastha College for Women (like all DU affiliated colleges) adopted CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses. But, at first, it is necessary that aspirants opt for DU during CUET form filling and later apply on the CSAS portal to be eligible for admission. The admission process after CUET result declaration is explained below:

Step 1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.

Step 2: Submit Indraprastha College for Women + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard. Here student must select their preferred course and college as the option. 

Step 3: The University released the dates for three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists respectively for all categories. 

Step 4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the Indraprastha College for Women will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification. 

Step 5: Once Indraprastha College for Women accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat. 

Indraprastha College for Women is the oldest women’s college in Delhi. It is a constituent college of the University of Delhi. The eligibility criteria for admission to IP College vary depending on the course and level of study. For undergraduate courses, candidates must have passed their 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. For postgraduate courses, candidates must have completed their undergraduate degree from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.

The college has two hostels, namely, the Kalawati Gupta Hostel, which is on its campus with a total of 450 seats, and the Indraprastha College for Women's Hostel, across the road and opposite the main campus of IP College. For the 1st year, fees is around Rs. 183100; for the 2nd and 3rd years, fees is around Rs. 173000.
