The Institute of Technology, Nirma University offers a four-year BTech programme in full-time mode. The course is offered in seven specialisations. GATE papers have three major sections; General Aptitude, Engineering Mathematics & Specific Subject. There are 65 questions asked for 100 marks in GATE exam.

The latest 2025 JEE Mains cutoff for BTech in Information Technology has not been released publically yet. Though previous years such as 2024 had the cutoff at 742874, this cutoff was the Last Round Closing Rank for the General All India category.
