The IIIT Hyderabad Cut off 2025 have not been released yet and will be updated here once out. However the JEE Mains and UGEE IIIT Hyderabad cutoff ranks for 2024 have been released which is detailed here.
- For JEE Mains the cutoff for BTech varied between 866 and 2136
- The BTech CSE specialisation was the most competitive with a closing rank of 866.
- While the UGEE IIIT Hyderabad cutoffs had BTech + MS (by Research) in Computer Science and Engineering as the most competitive course with a cutoff of 53.
