B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2027
5.0
One of the best in curriculum and teaching, and one of the best hostels for food and sports.
Placements: In my college, around 80 percent of students are placed. Pre-final year students are currently undergoing placement training to secure good companies with good packages. The highest package offered is 15 LPA. The lowest package is 2.5 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Capgemini, and Hexaware Technologies, among others, visit the campus for recruitment.
Infrastructure: In my hostel, everything is good. The mess food is neat, good, and better in taste compared to the college. We celebrate Diwali, New Year, and Pongal in the hostel. Weekly, they provide non-veg food twice with variety. Medical support is also good, and sports are given importance in my college.
Faculty: In my college, faculty members are like friends to us because they do not treat us only as students. They treat us like their own sons and brothers. In our curriculum, knowledge and pass percentage are good because of their teaching. Students also practice in labs to improve their skills.
Other: I chose this course for both core and IT job opportunities. I am interested in chip and communication engineering. The best part of this course is the staff. They teach clearly and explain doubts with real-life examples. I would like to learn more about new technologies.

Decent college with average placements and facilities.
Placements: In our batch, around 70% of students get placed through campus. The highest package is around 7–8 LPA, the lowest is around 2–3 LPA, and the average package is nearly 4 LPA. Companies like Zoho, Wipro, and Tessolve come for recruitment. Around 50–60% of students also get internships in some companies.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is okay and manageable. Classrooms and labs are good enough for learning, and the library has the required books. Wi-Fi is available but is sometimes slow. Hostel facilities are decent. Rooms are okay, and basic needs are available. The food in the mess is sometimes good and sometimes not.
Faculty: Faculty members are mostly helpful and friendly. Some teachers explain really well, while a few are average, but overall teaching quality is okay. Most of them are qualified and clear doubts when we ask. Semester exams are not very difficult if we study properly.
Other: I chose this because I am interested in this field, and it has good career opportunities. The best part is we get basic knowledge and some practical exposure. College conducts events and fests sometimes, which are enjoyable.

JJCET - Eminent infrastructure and placement.
Placements: The role-based training is given to all the students. I'm getting training in data engineering at no cost. The schedule is a bit tough. My sibling got placed in 4 companies and my seniors too. They got placed in companies like Breakes India, Cadence, and Tessolve.
Infrastructure: There are different labs in which the students get hands-on training. Labs related to ECE like VLSI, electronic devices and circuits, microprocessor, microcontroller, embedded systems, IoT design, and optical communication labs. The mess and Wi-Fi are average.
Faculty: The faculty is very knowledgeable in their domain. They are available all the time to clarify the students' doubts. The faculty members got trained by the companies to train the students in labs that collaborate with companies like Tessolve. The semester exam is a little difficult.
Other: Technical symposium and mini project expo are conducted every semester by each department.

Best college for placement.
Placements: Nice college and also good placement for students, more than 90 percent of students are placed. Top recruiting companies are like Zoho, Wipro, Vdar, and many more. The highest package offered in our college is above 20 LPA. The average is 15 LPA, and the lowest is 10 LPA to 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college has beautiful infrastructure, a system with nice processors, and the lab facilities are very good. In the library we have more than a thousand books. In case of emergency, we have a doctor and medical here. We are trained by a very good physical education director for sports.
Faculty: Our college faculty members in all the departments are very free to talk with students, if there are any students stuck in a subject, they can teach that topic cleverly. The faculty members are very helpful with students and the classrooms look nice. In our college, the pass percentage of the semester is more than 95 percent.
Other: I chose this course because I can go into any side like IT companies and also core companies. Many events are held in our college each year, such as symposiums and department events.

Review of J. J. College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: J. J. College of Engineering and Technology is well known for it's excellence in placement activities. They are actively providing internship and placement opportunities to our students. Nearly 60+ companies approached our campus for recruitment. The highest salary package offered by recruiters will be 15 lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: It was really good infrastructure, with all the facilities available within our campus. There are free wi-fi facilities available all over the campus. And we do not need to worry about the medical facilities. And all our classrooms are properly maintained with digital smart classes.
Faculty: Our teachers were highly helpful and experienced. They were experienced for up to 8 years. They were experts in their respective subject matters. And they always preferred to take practical sessions rather than classroom teaching. It's very easy to clear semester examinations.

J. College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Usually, it's very hard to clear the Placement Drives without any practice. But our Management arranges all those classes to clear our Placement Tests. Top-Recruiting Companies like Zoho, HCL, EY hire students from our College yearly. And they actively provide internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: Superb, good hostel facilities make us feel like our own home. It was an environment that made us learn a lot of things. And cultural events are often conducted on our college campus. Also, all the medical facilities are available within our college campus.
Faculty: Good, knowledgeable teachers, who hold themselves to high standards. Exams are not too easy to crack. They deliver their content with a useful moral that is needed in our day-to-day life. Apart from all that, they take industry-oriented sessions often.

There was an average experience. It is an average college.
Placements: Almost 40% of the students got selected during our academic year. A lot of my friends went for off-campus and got selected. The highest salary package offered was around 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was around 1.8 LPA. Zoho, TCS, CTS, are the only IT companies offering placements. No core companies visit here for placements. Roles of a programme developer, designer, are offered.
Infrastructure: Amenities like Wi-Fi, library, labs, auditorium, seminar hall, canteen, hostel, and many more are available here. Hostel facilities provided here are great but maintained poorly. Food served here is average, and they only vegetarian dishes. But the warden will cook non-vegetarian dishes for themselves sometimes. Other than that, they strictly controlled ragging.
Faculty: Faculty members here are average. Some are good and some not. But that's the perks of being in college right as we can study and understand concept ourselves. ECE course is relevant. Without the electronic device, the world cannot function, but that doesn't make the students ready.
Other: The best thing about this course is the circuit, and that's why I have chosen it. I was very much interested in this way long back in my childhood.

Our college has good infrastructure and provides good facilities.
Placements: From our department, almost 60% of students got placed. Top recruiting companies were TCS, Wipro, and CTS.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good, but it was not of a high standard. Our college provided amenities like a library, Wi-Fi access, etc. The food and facilities in the hostel were good.
Faculty: All professors were helpful and qualified. Semester exams were a bit difficult for those who had not attended the classes regularly. The pass percentage was 85%.
Other: Our college is worth the money paid. The food quality should be improved. Teachers should improve their knowledge according to the latest standards. Our college should provide advanced campus training for students so they can attend more interviews to get placements.
