JSS Medical College Admission 2024: Fee, Application, Eligibility & Dates

JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research application process differs with each and every course offered by the college. While, there are a few programmes for which the application must be submitted on the official website, programmes such as MBBS need no college-level application form. A programme-wise process of application for JSS Medical College is as follows:

• MBBS: Students seeking admission to MBBS are required to apply via the NEET UG entrance exam. They can register themselves on the official website of NTA NEET or know the complete NEET application process here. There, students must register, fill out the application form, upload all the scanned images for required documents and make payment of the application fee.
• MSc/ BSc/ PhD: For these courses, interested candidates can visit the official website of JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research and apply online.

Yes. NEET PG is hard in comparison to NEET. The reason being NEET PG is postgraduate level exam while NEET is conducted at undergraduate level. Another reason is, there are lesser number of PG seats than MBBS seats for candidates. Managing time for NEET PG preparation for candidates is very difficult task as they have to manage college, internship and preparation all three together. JSS Medical College Mysore BSc fee is ranges from INR 2.4 Lacs to INR 10.5 lakh. Candidates are required to pay the fee once the college releases the merit lists for final admisson. Admission to the BSc course is subject to a valid score in the last qualifying exam. Candidates must atleast passed Class 12 with 35% aggregate from a recognised board.

NEET mock test should be taken after the basic preparation is over and the entire syllabus has been covered. Taking mock test after NEET preparation will help students gauge their preparation level and also guide them on which sections or topics need extra emphasis. There is another pattern of taking mock tests, after completing each subject or chapter. This would help students understand their hold on each subject or section. Generally students start taking full fledged NEET mock tests or NEET prep questions around three to four months before the exam, once the complete preparation is over.

The cutoff for Master of Science at JSS Mefical college is between 560 to 620.
