KJ Somaiya College of Engineering is a good college in infrastructure and placements.

Placements: The college provides many opportunities for placements. Training and placement officer Mr Mahesh Patil is continuously working for the same. Cisco, Siemens, Accenture, Reliance, are the top recruiting companies in our course. Our first upcoming company is Cisco, and we are preparing for the same. Placements are nil for our course now, but it will change soon.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is excellent. It will provide facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the most important thing is the library having abundant resources. Our college provides various language labs where we can explore our talents. It also provides the best canteen and mess facility. Our college also supports sports and games for students as well as for teachers.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful. They are well qualified and the best source of knowledge. They suggest various books as resources for us. The courses provided by our college are very much useful and effective for placements and industry-ready.

Other: I like this course because I am very much interested in communication and electronic circuits. There is a techfest at our college in which we can showcase our talents in our field. Our college also conducts programming competition due to which we can explore our talents.

Education is important but in a positive environment.

Placements: Good placements having a package of 12 Lacs and more. Average salary was 3 to 4 Lacs per annum and the lowest is about 2.5 Lacs. This is the best college in Mumbai for placement. Internships are also in good company. Too many skills providing in internships.

Infrastructure: Good labs, Wi-Fi speed is also better, having hospital in college, big grounds for sports and games. All things are new in labs and classrooms. Canteen food is of good quality. Hostel rooms are also good. No ragging in college.24* 7 library was available.

Faculty: They are helpful and qualified. The teaching is very good. They used modern methods like projector while teaching. Almost 80 percent of students are on lecture. The faculty organizes industry visit on its own risk and management. Qualified teachers and professors are provided to us to impart better knowledge and always taking care of weak students.

Other: All events, fest campus crowd was good.
