My college experience review.
Placements: The college placement cell was amazing. They started training for all course students in their second year. They are conducting many mock interviews, aptitude tests, coding rounds, and more so at the time of placement. Students could grab more opportunities. Many students got internships according to their domain. Approximately 95% of students got placements on campus with good packages. The highest package was 20 LPA, and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. The roles offered by the companies depended on skills and courses.
Infrastructure: KIT was one of the best colleges in Kanpur for graduation because, nowadays, it has become an autonomous college and the first private college in Kanpur. Inside the college, there were three buildings named KIHE, KITP, and KIT, which were the main building for B. Tech and MCA courses. The college provided many facilities like a big playground area with indoor sports, a canteen, 24/7 Wi-Fi with good area coverage, and many more. Labs and classrooms were well-furnished with centralized AC. Facilities provided for hostellers were quite good, including 24/7 medical rooms, a library, and many more. The quality of the mess food was average.
Faculty: Teachers were highly qualified and experienced in their subjects. Many teachers were Ph.D. holders, and many of them became heads of departments in their fields. The interaction between students and teachers was very friendly, allowing students to ask their problems without any hesitation. Faculty of the college was supportive in nature and helped students as much as they could. KIT had become an autonomous college, so all course semester exams were conducted within the campus, but that didn't mean you could pass the semester exams without studying.

Placements: KIT is the best college in Uttar Pradesh. Nowadays, KIT has become an Autonomous Institute. KIT has decent placement records. The college placement cell faculty is highly qualified and experienced in their field. The college has the best alumni network across the world. Many companies like Reliance, TCS, Accenture, and many more visit the college for placements. The highest package is 35 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA. The average package is 3.5 LPA. Approximately 95% of students get placed in the on-campus placement drive. Placement depends on your knowledge and skills; the college only helps to grab more placement opportunities.
Infrastructure: The college is very big, with lots of facilities provided for the students. 24/7 Wi-Fi facilities are available with good internet speed. The college is clean, and the environment is green. Classrooms and labs are well-maintained and well-equipped. The college has three buildings for different courses: KIT, KIHE, and KITP. Every building has a separate library. Boys' and girls' hostels are made inside the campus with good facilities. The quality of the mess food is average. The college conducts many events every year, such as technical events, fresher parties, and many more.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and experienced in their subjects. Many of them are pass-out students; they are toppers in their subjects, so they start teaching as assistant professors. The teaching style is excellent. Faculty members are very helpful and friendly in nature. KIT has become an Autonomous Institute, so exams are conducted inside the campus for all courses who take admission in the first year this year. Every year, there are two semester exams. Semester exams are neither tough nor easy. Every student passes the exams with one-night study.

Placements: I am from the diploma. CSE batch of 2024 at KIT College of Engineering, where around 75-85% of students got placed. The highest package reaches 22 LPA, with an average around 5.5 LPA - 6 LPA. Top companies like TCS, Infosys, and Persistent recruited from our course, offering roles like software developer and data analyst. KIT provides excellent learning and placement support, helping students build strong careers.
Infrastructure: KIT offers excellent infrastructure with modern labs, Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, and a well-stocked library for the CSE department. Hostels are comfortable. The mess serves hygienic food. Medical facilities and vibrant sports grounds add to campus life. Overall, college provides a great environment for learning and growth.
Faculty: Teachers at KIT are helpful, well-qualified, and supportive, ensuring concepts are clear. CSE curriculum is quite relevant and includes practical exposure, making students industry-ready. The college placement cell provides ample opportunities to grab a well-paying job to kickstart your career. Placement depends on your knowledge and skills. The roles offered by the company depend on your skills.
Infrastructure: College is very strict for maintaining rules and regulations of the college. Students who break the college rules are fined by the college. College has well-maintained classrooms and labs as well. The infrastructure is good with a lush green campus. The hostels are pretty good with neat and clean rooms with 24/7 medical support and Wi-Fi facilities. Mess food is neither good nor bad. College makes a club for various events like the badminton club, social club, volleyball club, and many more.
Faculty: The faculty here are generally PhD holders and masters in our course. The faculty members have a great way of teaching; the teachers are really helpful to the students for the doubts they have in their subjects. Every year, there is a 2-semester exam. If you clear both of them, then you can go to the next year. The semester exam is not tough if you prepare well.
Other: I chose this course because many government jobs like RRB JEE , SSC JEE, and many more want only polytechnic students, and I have an interest in CSE . The coding always teaches you how to solve critical problems. College organises two events every year: one is UDBHAV, which is a fresher party for welcoming new students, and the second one is ENGENIOUS, which is a technical event.
