Kashi Institute of Technology BTech Courses & Fees 2025: Admission, Eligibility, Cut-off, Seats

KIT Varanasi BTech admission is provided based on the applicants' rank in JEE Main, followed by the UPTAC counselling process. The counselling process is common for all AKTU-affiliated institutes. Candidates seeking admission to BTech at Kashi Institute of Technology must apply and appear for the entrance exam. They must separately register for the counselling on the official UPTAC website. Step 1: JEE Main Application Process

The first step is to apply online for the accepted entrance exam, i.e. JEE Main. The steps included in this process are given below:

Step 1.1: Visit the official JEE Main website at www.jeemain.nta.ac.in.

Step 1.2: Select the JEE Mains Apply Online option that says "New Candidate Registration."

Step 1.3: Select the preferred registration mode through Aadhar enrollment number/PAN/Passport or ABC ID.

Step 1.4: Fill out the registration form with the necessary data, and create a passport of your choice.

Step 1.5: Click on the "submit" button.

Step 1.6: The candidate will receive the JEE Main registration number and password on the registered mobile phone and email ID.

Step 1.7: Log in using the credentials generated in the previous step and fill out the application form. Upload the documents and photographs.

Step 1.8: The final step is to pay the JEE Main fees through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI.

Step 2: Counselling

After the declaration of JEE Main results, candidates must register to participate in the Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC) conducted by AKTU. To register for UPTAC, candidates can visit the official UPTAC website at www.uptac.admissions.nic.in. The counselling process includes choice filling, seat allocation, and document verification.

Step 3: Fee Payment

Upon successful completion of the Kashi Institute of Technology BTech admission process, shortlisted candidates are required to confirm their seats by submitting the KIT Varanasi BTech fees. The total tuition fee for BTech at KIT Varanasi ranges between INR 3.2 lakh and INR 4.8 lakh. It must be noted that the mentioned fee has been calculated based on the annual fees available on the official website of the institute/sanctioning body.
