Integrated M.Tech. + Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering

The total fee for KIIT School of Mechanical Engineering M.Tech is INR 4.80 lakh. Candidates need to pay the course fee at the time of admission to confirm their seat. Candidates also need to pay the fee semester-wise during the course. In case an aspirant fails to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission stands cancelled.

KIIT School of Mechanical Engineering offers a two-year full-time M.Tech programme divided into four semesters. The course is offered at the PG level. The school offers M.Tech in below specialisations:

Candidates who have passed BE/ BTech or equivalent degree in relevant subjects are eligible to apply for KIIT School of Mechanical Engineering M.Tech programme. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission. Besides, aspirants must also have a valid GATE, OJEE or KIITEE scores for M.Tech admission.

KIIT School of Mechanical Engineering is a constituent unit of Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (Deemed to be University U/S 3 of the UGC Act 1956) and is a private college. KIIT was initiated in 1992-1993 as an industrial training institution. However,  1997 is considered as the base year for the University. Further,  KIIT University has been accredited with an A+ grade by the NAAC with an all-India 16th rank by the NIRF, Ministry of Education. 

KIIT School of Mechanical Engineering courses are offered at UG, PG, and PhD levels in full-time mode. The college offers these courses across various specialisations and under various streams.
