It is the best college to study and have fun.
Placements: It is a really good college and gives top placements. Approximately 85% of students get placed in campus placements. The college is too supportive of students regarding placement. All faculty members help students to get the best placements in the best companies, which is worth proper guidance.
Infrastructure: Our college has the best classrooms, labs, and a fine library. The canteen is too good, and Mumbai bhel is a must-try in the canteen. The college has very nice labs and workshops. There is a massive auditorium where we can conduct any programs or events with the help of our faculty members.
Faculty: All teachers are very helpful. They always try to give the best knowledge to students. They help students in extracurricular activities at an international level. Faculty members give the best knowledge to students, which makes them industry-ready. They help them to shine in their careers.
Other: The crowd is too good in college. It organises the best events. It also conducts events on sports and culture. The most important function conducted is Ganesh Chaturthi.

Our college has good infrastructure.
Placements: Our college provides good placements. Almost 50% of students got placed in our college. If you can crack the aptitude test, you will easily get placed in our college. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Many IT companies visit our college to recruit students. They offer good salary packages.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides us with all facilities. Our college is Wi-Fi enabled. Classrooms are good. They are equipped with projectors and sound systems. A seminar hall is available on each floor. It is equipped with air-conditioners. They provide a dedicated seminar hall on the 5th floor.
Faculty: Our faculty members are helpful. The teaching quality is up to the mark. If you want to score well, you have to put in effort. Exams are difficult. You have to do self-study because the syllabus is not covered by everyone. The results are average.

It provides good teachers and the interference with the student is also good.
Placements: The highest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Various big companies are recruiting for our course like Godrej.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and there is no Wi-Fi on the campus. The laboratories are good and well-equipped.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well qualified, and the knowledge they have is also good. I can rate them 5 stars for their teaching quality. The semester pattern is easy compared to the yearly.

It is an above average college with an average faculty.
Placements: 20 - 30 % of students were placed from my course. The highest package offered was 20 LPA, the lowest was 2 LPA, average seems to be 3 LPA
Students have to search for internships themselves, no internships have been offered as of yet. Senior design engineer, automation engineer roles were offered.
Infrastructure: Laboratories available are very old, the machines provided are working but the infrastructure feels very outdated and boring, also machines haven't been properly maintained so they seem to work a bit wobbly, also the workshop only has arc welding. The library is huge and has a variety of books, it also has a computer lab with 20 computers for free use for the students. The classrooms are also huge and spacious, there has never been a single complaint about no space in the classrooms. Wi-Fi passwords are not shared with the students, so it is only for the faculty to use. I personally have never resided in the college's hostel, but it looks posh. Canteen has a video range of snacks available at a very reasonable price, the food is always tasty and the canteen is pretty hygienic. College has a doctor which can be called anytime. The college has a huge ground just behind the buildings, though the ground is hardly maintained, the grass is usually too grown to play any sports but you will always find students playing cricket, football, etc. The faculty too is very enthusiastic towards sports. The college had a couple of table tennis tables but they haven't been replaced since they broke, other than that no other games are available to play.
Faculty: Teachers from this college are just like any other average college. Some teachers are very nice and supportive while some are very rude and mean. The teaching quality too is fairly average, personally I have found the quality to be pretty bad as at the start of the course the teachers teach too slowly and as the deadline to complete the syllabus comes closer they start rushing things which ends the students up having to self-study a lot more than what should be required. The machines which are taught about and taught to use are very old, most of them are machines that were used in the start of the industrial revolution. The machines taught in this course are nowhere close to the machines used nowadays. Students are surely not industry ready even after the completion of this course. The semester exams are pretty tough as mechanical engineering is one of the toughest courses in our country. The pass percentage is 35%.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering as it is one of the core branches of engineering. The best thing about mechanical engineering is that a mechanical engineer can pursue a career in any other field. If the students were taught more about the technology used nowadays and the focus of the course was mainly on the devices, techniques, machines used today, it would make the course very useful while entering the industry. The college has a yearly fest called Zephyr, they host multiple extra-curricular activities like group dance, sports, e-sports, rap battles. Other than that, the placement cell, student cell, nss cell have tons of events every semester to keep the students engaged and entertained. The campus crowd is great for any Mumbai person as people mainly from navi Mumbai come to this college. Connectivity throughout the college campus is 100%. The campus surroundings is good too as it is only 5 minutes walking distance away from the station. The area is surrounded by many hotels, cafe's, shawarma stalls, biryani houses, not only that, the college has multiple stationary shops right in-front of it.

Infrastructure was nice, campus placements were not upto the mark.
Placements: 20 percent of my batchmates were placed through campus placement. We were expecting better companies but unfortunately they didn't recruit from our college. The highest package was of 5 Lacs. Average packages was 2.5 Lacs per annum. Assistant engineer was role provided by companies.
Infrastructure: Labs were relatively small and equipments was quite old. Classroom and library was big enough. No Wi-Fi provided to college students except in library. Canteen has very less variety of food and not very tasty. Playground was not for students.
Faculty: Teachers were well qualified and knowledgeable. Some teach with great interest while some teaches just for salary. Course is curriculum relevant and it helps students to be industry ready. Semester exams were quite difficult to all clear with good marks .

There are really great faculty members with average infrastructure.
Placements: Approximately 45% to 50% of the students were placed in different companies from our course. The highest salary package offered in 2019 was 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.8 LPA. Jio, L&T, Accenture, Mahindra and Tata Motors are the top recruiters for our course. About 20% of the students got internships from our course. The top role offered is assistant manager at L&T.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was average here, but our college was situated near to public transport. Labs were updated with proper equipment. There was an amazing library, and hostel rooms were the same as a hotel. The mess and canteen were not much good. Cricket and football were the main sports played here, and there were outdoor sports. TT and carrom were available here.
Faculty: Teachers here were helpful for students in study and activities as well. There was a good atmosphere between teachers and students. There were many highly qualified teachers, and every department head was a PhD holder. Some of our teachers have published their reference books.
Other: Many of my family members suggested me to choose this course, so I chose it. Learning about machines syllabus must be improved. The syllabus must be updated every 5 years with new technology. Our college organises one of the best college fests. The best thing here is the fest, and everything is managed by students.

Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineering is good but doesn't provide placements.
Placements: I was a B.E mechanical engineering student of LTCE and passed out in 2020. This was the worst college to take admission to. While joining the college, plenty of assurance was given for placements. But only around 5% of the students from the mechanical branch got placed, and people think it was might because of the COVID-19 pandemic. But this was the same condition for previous batches also as I have seen this situation to all our seniors throughout my 4 years degree. However, computer and EXTC students will surely get placed well, but students of other fields other than that have to suffer a lot. Computer and EXTC branches have an intake of 120 students, including HSC and diploma students. But the intake for mechanical is 240 students, and the big disappointing thing is hardly 10 of them get placed and even in sales or IT firms, which are not at all related to that four-year degree. The T&P cell is very less active, which invites sales or IT firms, and jobs which are arranged off-campus by the training and placement cell require experience. So, there is no use in arranging such interviews for fresher graduates, and it just humiliates students. This college is the worst for placements for mechanical students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good here, and you won't regret it. Classrooms, labs and the office are well maintained, and the toilets and floors are also very well maintained. For the infrastructure, I will give 4 stars out of 5 stars as the lab equipment is somewhat old and non-upgraded. However, our college is getting new machines and equipment at a certain good speed. Recently our college bought a CNC lathe and universal testing machine while I was in my final year.
Faculty: Faculty members here are very average, but yet senior professors are good. Some professors just teach for the sake of their job, while many lady professors teach excellent but not their HODs. FY and SY professors are also good. Teachers who teach the most important technical subjects every semester are very good except for professors teaching thermal subjects.
Other: The fest and Dj nights organised are the best here. A lot of money is allotted for this purpose, but the college does corruption, which makes half of the money waste. Still, the remaining money makes the events and Dj nights a lifetime memory.

Absolutely satisfied with libraries, faculty.
Placements: Placement in our college is average many companies come and select best students with high demands. The average package offered till now was 3.5lakhs per annum. Internship in our college was provided in college itself, they make students work in industry.
Infrastructure: The classrooms in our college are well maintained. Toilets are really clean and hygienic. We have huge libraries with ample of books. Canteens are well cleaned and hygienic also only veg food is provided. Classrooms are huge and seminar halls are super huge with AC facilities.
Faculty: We have best faculty. They are really helpful to us to us and at times they are best at teaching new things. Faculty members are really free and helpful to all the students. No partiality is done with any student. This course is absolutely relevant also it makes students industry ready.
Other: The best thing about our course is that we learn new things daily. Being mechanical engineer this is the best part that we come across such thing daily.
