Candidates must have passed three year Diploma after Class 10 in any stream or two year Diploma after Class 12 in non-Medical stream and ELR or BSc (non-Medical) or BSc Computer Science and ELR with at least 50% aggregate to apply for BTech (LE) courses. The total fee for BTech is INR 4.5 lakh -INR 16 lakh. The fee is calculated based on the semester fee.  Admission to BTech course is based on LPUNEST or CUET UG score. The exam fee for LPUNEST is INR 1,000 for males and INR 500 for females.

No, you cannot become a lawyer without a Law degree. You mandatorily need to obtain degrees such as BA/BCom/BSc/BBA LLB or LLB in order to be a lawyer in India. To become a lawyer, one must first complete three-year or five-year LLB from a recognised university and possess degree certificate.
