The college that made my life beautiful.
Placements: From each department, 20 percent of students are getting placed, it is the same for my course department, i.e., information technology. The highest is 25 LPA and the lowest is 2.7 LPA offered in my course. The top recruiting companies are Pennant, Candela, Global AI, Ready.io, Andino Labs, etc. 30 percent of students are getting internships in HCL, Brainovision, TCS Hackathon, etc. Junior software engineer, assistant software developer, and web developer are the roles offered in my course.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi provided for students, but Wi-Fi is only provided in the labs where the huge computers are available for laptop activities. The classrooms are neat and sufficient for the more than 70 students, a big library is available in our college, and it is not allowed without a student ID card. Quality food is available in our canteen with a neat, clean, and hygienic area. Sports and games, medical facilities, mess, and canteen are all available in our college.
Faculty: The faculty are helpful and Ph.D. qualified in my course, they have high knowledge and has more than 20 years of experience in my course. The teaching quality is very good for my course. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready, because IT management skills are taught in my course. Somewhat difficult for semester exam for the average students, the pass percentage is more than 85 percent.
Other: Currently, the IT industry is experiencing huge growth, and there are many jobs for graduate students, which is the main reason to choose this course. I like web development and software development. Making students learn new things, i.e., AI, data analysis, and machine learning. All events, fests, scholarships, and extracurricular activities are present in my college.

Placements: In our college, so many students are placed in so many companies like Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Google, Microsoft, and soon, with a minimum 5 LPA to 20 LPA. The placements are core, and IT companies are offering jobs. A maximum of 95 percent of students got placed in every branch in our college.
Infrastructure: In our college, there are both boys' and girls' hostels. In our class, there is Wi-Fi, and also in the labs. The hostel food is also good. The food provided is every morning, tiffin, afternoon lunch, and evening dinner in both the boys' and girls' hostels.
Faculty: In our college, every department has good faculty with well-educated teachers. The faculty fully supports the student to participate in a hackathon and do many activities. Every year, there are 2 semesters, and every semester has 2 mid exams and an internal and external lab.

Placements: I got three companies at the end of my engineering that too in college placements. Our college does not provide any internships. My college gets more placements compared to other colleges in my region. 60% of students got placed from our college.
Infrastructure: Our college classrooms are very vast and have large space. We have one projector which most of the faculty will use to explain with the help of projector. Our college hostel is one of the best hostels, and it provides different types of items for lunch, breakfast, and dinner.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college have some degree and they have completed their Ph.D. Some of the faculty have completed their post-graduation in a tier 1 college. College will conduct so many curriculum activities that help students feel close to the stage fear.

The highest package is 25 LPA, the average package is about 5 LPA, and the lowest is around 3.5 LPA. Top recruiters include Amazon, Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, Pennant Technologies, and HCL. Nearly 70% of students secure internships through companies like Infosys, TCS, Amazon, and other IT firms. The common roles offered are software developer, data analyst, system engineer, full-stack developer, and associate consultant.
Infrastructure: Information technology department at MVGR College of Engineering, Vizianagaram has excellent infrastructure with Wi-Fi enabled campus, well-equipped computer labs, smart classrooms, digital library access, and research facilities. Other: I am from the B.Tech information technology (batch 2022-2026) at MVGR College of Engineering, Vizianagaram. I chose this course because of my interest in software development and emerging IT technologies. The best part of the course is the strong curriculum, supportive faculty members, good placements, and opportunities for internships. I feel there can be improvement in advanced labs and more industry-oriented workshops. Campus has a vibrant crowd with many technical and cultural fests, hackathons, and extracurricular activities. College also provides scholarships, good transport connectivity, green surroundings, and active student clubs, making the overall experience enriching.
