Really good infrastructure and faculty are the best.
Placements: Decent placement cell experienced in the college, many companies visiting the college campus for the placements, the average package is 3-5 LPA and 90 percent of students were placed in the college and if you are willing to go for a master, you can go like IIT and NIT.
Infrastructure: The course curriculum and faculty members are excellent. The structure is also flexible and affordable, and hostels and mess are provided with every little facility needed by the students. The mess provides healthy food, keeping in mind the nutrients required of every student.
Faculty: The teaching staff and faculty members are well qualified and knowledgeable. They are very understanding and supportive. The prime objective of the faculty members and the management is to make and mold students in such a manner that they are able to survive in an ever-changing world.
Other: I was doing a B.Tech. in the civil stream as it was my dream. There are a lot of things in this stream and you will love it if you are a hard worker.

I am dissatisfied because of faculty members, infrastructure, labs and placements.
Placements: None of our batchmates got placed in the civil branch. Students who went for training outside the college had practical knowledge. It is the poorest college in Kanpur and I do not recommend this college.
Infrastructure: It was a very poor college. No extra-curricular activities were held. The food served in the college was not better and was unhygienic. There was no equipment in labs. The college was interested in only collecting fees and they were not interested in providing placements and facilities. We did not have Wi-Fi or air-conditing facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were not experienced. Previous year students were appointed as faculty members here. They did not have any knowledge about practicals, surveys, and equipment. They just come to the class and narrate stories.

Infrastructure is really good and open, you will love the environment here.
Placements: Till day there is no such placement in a core civil engineering company but placement cell is working hard on it. For other branches like computer science engineering, mechanical engineering and electronics & communication engineering, placement drives for core branches were held. Other than the core companies, placement drives for non technical companies were also held open for all branches including B.Tech and other courses.
Infrastructure: This is not a fully Wi-Fi zone. Labs are available but are not that much equipped. There are 2 libraries with lot of options. A hospital with bed facilities is also within the campus. A fully active football cum cricket ground is there, a basketball court, a volleyball court, badminton court etc. is also available.
Faculty: Teachers are very cooperative and qualified as well. Teaching quality is good but can be improved further. Teaching method is purely notes based (teacher comes and dictate the subject notes to the students). The student to faculty ratio is less in some branches (Ex. Civil engineering). Industrial exposure is not that frequent (once in a while). Course curriculum is useful.
Other: College fest is held every year ( No fest on 2017-18 session due to some issues), other events like DJ night, Hostellers night, festival celebration etc. Are also organised, campus surrounding is not that dense you will love the quiet environment here, especially in the evening. SKV scholarship is also there. Lots of extracurricular activities are also there for you to enjoy and to work on.

My best and exciting college.
Placements: The placement scenario is good at my college. College also runs many students career enhancement plans which helps in overall development of the student. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, Genpact and Accenture comes to recruit from my college. The highest placement of my seniors went to 5 LPA.
For internships, student has to try on its own. Nearly 70 percent students got placements from my senior batch with an average salary of around 2.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good but the college is situated in the outskirts of the city. Life at MPGI is wonderful. College is fully Wi-Fi.
It has air-conditioned labs and library has a vast array of books for the students. Food in the canteen is delicious and affordable. College also offers hostel for the students with both AC and non AC rooms. College also has a ground where we can play all sorts of games.
Faculty: Faculty members are experienced and knowledgeable. Most of the faculty members have more than 10 years of experience. Teaching method used by the teachers are best which helps in understanding the topic in an easy manner. The course is affiliated by A.K.T.U., Lucknow. During the course, people from the industry are also called to deliver lectures in the class so that we can get the better understanding of the industry.
