12th | 75% Candidate should have appeared for the Class 12th examination for the first time in either 2022 or 2023 with PCM as compulsory subjects with mentioned marks. Candidate who had appeared in Class 12th examination for the first time in 2021 or earlier, are NOT eligible to appear. However, if the exam Board of Class 12th declared the results for the academic year 2020-21 on or after Oct. 25, 2021, then the candidates of that Board who appeared for their Class 12th exam in 2021 can also appear in JEE (Advanced) 2023, provided they meet all the other eligibility criteria. In case the exam Board of class 12th declared the results for the academic year 2020-21 before Oct. 25, 2021 but the result of a particular candidate was withheld, then the candidate will not be eligible to appear in JEE (Advanced). OR Candidate who are within the category-wise top 20 percentile in their respective class 12th board exam can also apply. These can take admission based on their JEE Main score. |
