It has fun learning, great friends, supportive faculty, unforgettable memories, and personal growth.
Placements: 90% of students in our college get placed. Many companies like Cognizant, Einfochip, Infosys, TCS, Medha Servo Drives, Accenture, and BEL (Bharat Electronics Limited), etc., recruit us. Roles offered in electronics and communication engineering are graduate trainee, system engineer, DSA developer, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Everything is neat, clean, including tables. Sofisticated labs are provided with ACs and proper Wi-Fi, etc. The library is too good, and each book is available every time we go. The canteen too will be provided. For sports, there is a sports room and a medical room is also there.
Faculty: College provides good teachers. They are friendly and efficient in clarifying doubts. They provide notes too, and sometimes, in between semesters, there will be an industrial visit to various industries for acquiring industrial knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.

A detailed review of my B.Tech life at MGIT.
Placements: In our batch (2021–25), around 60% of students get placed. Big IT sector companies like TCS, Infosys, Google, Microsoft, and Azure visit the college for recruitment. Still, there are 2 months left for other students to get recruited. Our ECE department, companies like BEL, BDL, and some other core companies also come for campus recruitment.
Infrastructure: The college was built in 1998, so most buildings are old. The classroom infrastructure is good. In my department, most labs are core labs, like electronics labs. For the CSE department, the best facilities in computer labs with AC, Wi-Fi, and all. MGIT and CBIT students share a combined hostel. I don’t stay in the hostel, but one of my friends who does says the hostel facilities are good.
Faculty: All teachers are professional and highly educated. They are very helpful and friendly. Coming to the course, it depends on your interest if you like electronics, chip designing, VLSI, etc. The semester exams in the college are a bit difficult, so you need to study regularly, not just before the exam day.
Other: I'm interested in ECE subjects and chip design. The fests during college time are super cool and really good at MGIT. You will enjoy the environment during the fest and pre-fest days.

Satisfied with placements and infrastructure is good.
Placements: 83% of students were placed in mechanical engineering. In my ECE course, the highest package was 12 LPA, the lowest package was 4.5LPA, and the average package was 7.5 LPA. 75% of students got internships in the electronics and communication engineering course at Intel and in Qualcomm like companies. In my college and in my ECE course, Top recruiting companies are Intel India, Qualcomm, Texas Instruments, Broadcom, NXP semiconductors, Mediatek, Micron, Samsung Semiconductor, AMD, and other companies. My course offered roles were Embedded Software Engineer, IoT Engineer, Firmware Development Control Systems Engineer, Automation Engineer, R&D Engineer, and similar roles were offered.
Infrastructure: In my college, the facilities were good and comfortable. The infrastructure of my college was good, and the maintenance was good. In my course of ECE, I maintain excellent grades, and my classrooms were maintained cleanly, and it was cleaned every day. In my hostel, the food and the maintenance were good, and water and electricity were available at any time. The quality of food was also good, and the maintenance was hygienic, and it has a health center in my college that provides a doctor and tablets.
Faculty: In my college, teachers were good and their behaviour was good with students, and they had good knowledge, and almost all professors were there in my course, and the teaching quality was good, and they explained very simply and gave some examples from real life. The Curriculum is correct, and it is relevant to Electronics and Communication Engineering, and it makes one interested in practical things like chip manufacturing and design also. Semester exams were slightly tough, and the pass percentage was 83%.
Other: I chose Electronics and Communication Engineering because my brother suggested it, which was why I joined. In my college, I wish to improve the parking area. Events and fests were going good, and the campus crowd was heavy, scholarship was provided in KSRM College, and connectivity was good in my college.

MGIT-Hyderabad - A mixture of all.
Placements: Around 87.3% of students get placed in this college. The highest salary package offered is 73 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 6 LPA - 7 LPA. TCS, Wipro, and Deloitte are some top recruiting companies. Around 70-80% of students get internships. There are many top roles offered to college students in internships and provide them with a good career of jobs and experience.
Infrastructure: MGIT provides good infrastructure with a great faculty providing well-equipped labs. There are decent classrooms for students. Students are provided with a hostel facility but only for boys. We have a decent canteen with a mess. The hostel facility of the college is a mixed hostel with CBIT which resides for MGIT. The hostel is good for staying and with a room strength of 10 people.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-trained and highly qualified. They have nice teaching skills. The college conducts semester exams on time without any delay of regulations. It conducts some good entertainment programs for the refreshment of students in the college.

MGIT - College with average facilites.
Placements: About 60% of students are placed. The highest package till now is 10 LPA. Top recruiting company is Cognizant. Internships are upto 40%. The main roles are SDE and analyst trainee. Not much core companies are interested in this college.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good. College environment is also good. Wi-Fi and labs are now renovated and they are good. But auditorium is not up to the mark. Hostel is average and fee of hostel is very high. There is no hostel for girls and they should stay nearby hostels which will be 500 - 1 KM away from college.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified but the curriculum is not up to the mark. Semester exams are difficult. Teaching is average and the pattern of questions is difficult. Correction is also not correct. Recorrection and results are not up to the mark, and pass percentage is not higher in 1st year.
Other: Crowd and campus are good not so much. College is not mostly known to everyone. Fests and events rarely occur.
