Our college is very good in academics, placements and sports too.
Placements: My college gave good placements both for seniors as well as our batch, Some companies visited like TCS, HCL, Wipro, Shriram Transport, etc. Around 60% of our batch (2009-2013) got placed. They were in good profiles like web designing, QA and system engineer. The highest salary offered was 20,000/month and the average salary was around 12,000/month.
Infrastructure: My college campus is spread over fifty acres of land and has a good infrastructure. It is having three-storey buildings. There is a cafeteria inside the college campus, a playground, a library, a laboratory, free 24-hours Wi-Fi and a hostel. It also has a supercomputer, being the only college in south Odisha to have one.
Faculty: Our college has excellent faculty members. Most of them are Ph.D with an excellent academic record from NIT, IIT or from prestigious colleges. They used the teach us according to the prescribed method from their respective department. There was a good student-faculty ratio. Students got opportunities in various companies like JK paper mill, BSNL and Vedanta. The course was very useful.
