The NEF Law College (NLC) is expected to start the NLET Application Process 2026 anytime soon. Candidates must note that the application process of NLET is online and offline too. It must be noted that you have to fill separate forms for five-year integrated LLB course, three-year LLB, and LLM courses. Unlike other exams, single form will be not be considered if you are appearing for one or more courses. 

Q:   How to fill NEF Law entrance exam form?
A: 

Before you begin with the NEF Law Entrance Exam application process, keep the below-mentioned items ready: 

A working email ID and mobile number
Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
ID and address proof (Aadhaar Card/Driving License/PAN Card, etc.)
Scanned Passport size photograph (Format: JPEG)
Scanned signature (Format: JPEG)
Category certificate if applying under SC/ST/OBC category
Relevant certificate issued by a competent authority if applying as PwD or BPL candidate
Once you are ready with all the necessary documents and if you think you meet the eligibility criteria then you can fill the application form by visiting the official website.

How to fill NLET 2026 Application Form?

The candidates can apply in online mode as under

Step 1: Online Registration

Visit the official website of NEF Law College - https://neflc.nexterp.in/nlp/nlp/admission-login/ 

Click on 'Apply Online' and a new window will open up for application form 

On the registration form, fill details as under for new registration

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Date of birth
  • Course
  • Email ID
  • Mobile number
  • Password (to be chosen) 

Click on 'Register Now' to complete the process and a login ID and password will be generated.

Step 2: Fill the online application form

Candidates need to login with the registered ID, mobile number and password to fill the application form with following details:

  • Parents details 
  • Personal details of the candidate
  • Nationality
  • Academic details
  • Photo (to be uploaded)
  • Signature (to be uploaded)

Step 3: Submit the application form 

Candidates have to submit the details and download the filled-in application form. Get it printed out on an A4 size sheet (keep extra copies for future references). Candidates need to send the application form with a Demand Draft for the application fee INR 500. The DD should be drawn in favour of 'NEF Law College' and payable at Guwahati. The candidates should enclose both DD and the downloaded application form together and send it to the official address of the law college.
