NEF Law Entrance Test Pattern 2026: NEF Law College (NLC) releases exam pattern of NLET for candidates to understand what kind of questions will be asked. As per NLET exam pattern, there will be a total of 182 questions. They have to complete NEF Law Entrance Test within 2 hours and 30 minutes. 

As per NEF law entrance test exam pattern, each question carries one mark. There is usually no negative marking. NLET 2026 exam pattern gives you a clear idea of marks, subjects, and time so candidates can plan their preparation better.

NLET 2026 Marking Scheme

  • Candidates will be awarded one mark for each correct answer of Question number 1 to 180.
  • Whereas, question number 181 and 182 carry 10 marks each.
  • There is no negative marking scheme for wrong attempts in case of objective-type of questions. Moreover, no marks will be awarded or deducted for questions not attempted by the candidates.
  • The negative marking scheme for long answers type question is not clear.
  • Therefore, only correct answers will be taken into consideration for final score calculation.

To register for NEF law college, Guwahati you have visit their official website nefcollege. Org and click on "Apply online" option and register yourself on the portal by filling the necessary information. Admission is based on merit system. You will have to appear for their entrance exam. If you qualify in it then you'll be able to take admission in the said college.

Yes, the admit card will be made available at the University for candidates who have applied in offline mode. For other, NLET 2026 Admit Card will be made avaiable on the official website. Once the admit card is released, candidates can download the same by visiting the official website. Candidates must check the details mentioned on the admit card carefully and in case of some error they must reach out to the NEF College helpdesk.
