AP LAWCET Counselling Dates 2026

AP LAWCET counselling dates 2026 will be announced soon. APSCHE will release round-wise Andhra Pradesh Law counselling 2026 in PDF format at lawcet-sche.aptonline.in. There will be three rounds of counselling, including round 1, round 2 and spot admission rounds. The process of AP LAWCET Counselling will be completely online. Students have to complete counselling registration, pay the application fee, submit documents and select their preferred seat to secure admission.

AP LAWCET Result Date 2026

APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education) released the AP LAWCET result. The result included the overall marks of the candidates along with their qualifying status. Those who have scored over and above the qualifying cutoff will be declared passed and eligible for the counselling process.

AP LAWCET 2026 Answer Key Date

The AP LAWCET answer key, response sheet, and master question paper were released on May 7. The exam answer key carries the answers to the question paper allotted to the candidates on the AP LAWCET exam day.The objections window closed on May 9, 2026. The AP LAWCET 2026 final answer key was released after evaluating objections received from the candidates along with the result.

AP LAWCET Admit Card Date 2026

As per the official notification, the APLAWCET admit card was released on April 20, 2026. The Andhra Pradesh Common Law Entrance Test (AP LAWCET) hall ticket was issued to the successfully registered candidates. It is a mandatory document that acts as proof of verification to seek entry to the examination hall. Candidates can download the admit card from the official portal by providing their login ID and password.

A: 

AP LAWCET is conducted by Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati on behalf of the APSCHE. This body manages the exam process, registration, and counseling for admission into 3-year and 5-year LLB courses in law colleges across Andhra Pradesh.

Q:   How many marks do I need for admission to a college through AP LAWCET 2026?
A: 

There is criterion of minimum marks requirement for admission to a college through Andhra Pradesh LAWCET for candidates belonging to SC and ST categories. However, candidates of General category must score a minimum of 35% marks (42 marks out of 120 marks) to get admission to a college based on their Andhra Pradesh LAWCET scores. 

The college allotted to the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026 test-taker will depend on the following factors: 

  • Marks obtained by the candidate
  • Cut off of the participating college
  • Reservation criteria

 

Q:   What is the APLAWCET counselling process?
A: 

The counselling of APLAWCET comprises Online Registration, Weboption exercise, seat allotment result and reporting to the allocated college. Candidates will have the option to participate in phase 1 counselling and if the seat is not allocated during this round, candidates will have the option to take part in subsequent rounds. The schedule for the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET counselling will be available on the APSCHE official website.

  • Candidates must be Indian citizens.
  • Candidates should have passed their graduation exam in any discipline in (10+2+3) format. (for 3-year LLB)
  • They must have passed (10+2) with a minimum of 45%. (for 5-year LLB course)
  • Candidates from the SC/ST category must have a 40% score in their (10+2) exams to take the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026.
