SLAT Syllabus 2027 - The Symbiosis International University (SIU) does not mention the details of the Symbiosis Law Admission Test syllabus in its information brochure. The candidates should prepare all the macro topics given in the syllabus and the associated topics as asked in the previous year question papers. The candidates should prepare for the exam by attempting all types of questions associated with such topics. The exam weightage and pattern are provided for the SLAT exam.

The SIU SLAT General Knowledge section seems the most difficult among all because of the vastness of its syllabus. The candidates cannot prepare this section without deep diving into the current affairs and static General Knowledge. Candidates can refer to PYQs for an exact idea about the SLAT 2027 syllabus for each subject.

Commonly asked questions
Q:   Are the questions of previous years repeated in the SLAT question paper?
A:

There are chances of repetition of questions from the past 2-3 years in the latest question paper of SLAT. However, there is no guarantee that the exam conducting authority will do so. Questions from SLAT question papers that are 5-6 years old will not be repeated in the exam because SLAT question papers are based on topics relevant to contemporary and useful areas of education. Here, SLAT aspirants need to note that questions from previous years of SLAT.

Q:   Which type of questions were asked in the Reading Comprehension section of SLAT 2023?
A:

The SLAT 2023's Reading Comprehension section was the simplest. In the Reading Comprehension section of the SLAT 2023, questions related to articles from newspapers like "The Hindu" and "Times of India" were asked. Candidates were required to apply their knowledge of sentence structure and vocabulary of the English language to solve questions related to the Reading Comprehension section of SLAT 2023. Thus, the knowledge of English Grammar and vocabulary helped them to perform well to solve the section.

Q:   Can I crack SLAT by solving question papers of the previous years of the exam?
A:

Yes, candidates can crack SLAT by solving previous years’ question papers of the exam because these question papers can help them get familiarised with the SLAT exam pattern and types of questions asked in the exam. But SLAT aspirants need to know that solving previous years’ question papers is not enough to score well in the exam. They need to learn the basic concepts about the topics on which questions are asked in SLAT. Doing so will allow them to solve any questions asked in the SLAT question paper, even if these questions were not asked in previous years’ question papers.

SLAT preparation is easy. Create a proper schedule to prepare for the exam on a daily basis. Allot more time to practicing and studying law topics. It takes 6 to 8 hours of revision if you make a section-wise plan. This entrance is comparatively easy to other top law entrances.
