Great placements and good faculty.
Placements: Placement of Netaji Subhash Engineering is very good. More than 90% of eligible students who have skills get easily placed in top companies like Amazon, Google, Wipro, TCS, LTMindTree, etc. The average package is around 7 LPA and the highest package is 64 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college campus is not too big. The college has a well-equipped lab with all the facilities, such as modern instruments. The Wi-Fi connectivity has high-speed internet. Classrooms have AC. The college has a cafeteria and a canteen. There is a badminton court where students can play in their free time.
Faculty: Faculty members of our department are very supportive and encouraging. Faculty members are highly qualified, most of them are Ph.D. holders and M.Tech holders. There are 4 phases of the exam, each comprising 25 marks. 6-month semester is taken in our college. Weekly tests are also conducted for a better understanding.

Netaji Subhash Engineering College review.
Placements: College will bring company mainly for computer and it students, and some companies for ECE branch, and no company for core branch placement is good off campus. The highest package is 62 LPA in the Dynamo AI company, and on campus, the highest package is 35 LPA, and the average package is around 5.5 to 6 LPA. Many good companies come here, such as Adobe and sometimes Microsoft.
Infrastructure: College size is very small, and during the monsoon, some labs get inoperable. There is no proper lab for new branches such as AIML, but they are working on it, for sports, you will get a badminton court, 1 cricket field, 1 volleyball court, 1 gym, and 1 canteen.
Faculty: Faculty here is half good, half bad, but there is advantage here that there is no problem related to attendance. Teachers dont force you to attend classes, so most of the students only attend the classes which is important. This is one of the reasons why our college off campus placement is good because students get time for skill improvement.
Other: Events and fests are not good here.

If you are looking for a college, then our college is the best for educational purposes.
Placements: 70% of students in my batch are placed in mass recruiter companies like TCS, Infosys, etc. The highest package from my college was 62 LPA last year. Average package is 5 LPA. Many students get internships in multiple national companies.
Infrastructure: Our campus size is very small compared to other engineering colleges. Other facilities (like Wi-Fi, labs, and our college has a large amount of book collection) are good enough. There is no hostel in our college. But here PG/mess are available near the college.
Faculty: Many teachers taught enough for university exam. It's an engineering field you have to learn by yourself, no one is going to teach you line by line. Teachers are taught enough for the semester exam. Passing percentage is good enough compared to any other engineering colleges under MAKAUT. As per MAKAUT syllabus, our college follows all the rules and regulations directed by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology.

Satisfied with faculty, however, not satisfied with infrastructure.
Placements: 85% students were placed in college. Highest package was 25 LPA, lowest package was 3.5 LPA, and average package was nearly 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Dynamo AI and Amazon. Nearly 50% of students got internships in companies like TCS, IBM, and Deloitte. Top role offered in my course was that of a software developer.
Infrastructure: Overall college is spread over nearly 4 to 5 acres. Infrastructure of department is good. Classes are well-equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi network and have AC installed. There are enough labs and library is well-equipped with all kind of books. College does not provide hostels. However, there are enough PGs and messes available in neighborhood. There are medical facilities in college and there are various indoor and outdoor sports available in college.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, and they are well qualified and quite knowledgeable. Teaching quality was overall good. Course curriculum is not so relevant. It does not make students ready for industry. Difficult level of college exams is moderate, and pass percentage is 80% .
Other: I chose this course because Artificial Intelligence and machine learning have a lot of future scope. If the curriculum were updated, it would help a lot.

Not dissatisfied but not that much happy.
Placements: Around 80-85% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 65 LPA (not on-campus). The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, and Accenture. Around 65% of students got internships. Roles offered are data analyst, AI engineer, software developer, web developer, etc. There is a training and placement cell at this college for the better.
Infrastructure: Well-equipped computer lab and other core lab are available. Classrooms are air-conditioned. We also have a library with more than 1.3 lakh books. There is no hostel in this college. Canteen has a variety of dishes at reasonable prices. There is a medical room with an ambulance ready. There are various sports clubs in this college.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and qualified. Teaching quality is also quite impressive. The course curriculum in which I am studying is relevant (Artificial Intelligence and Machines Learning). It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are quite difficult as we are affiliated with MAKAUT. Pass percentage is 80%.
Other: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is quite trending and valuable course at present in India. Faculty members are knowledgeable who knows machine learning algorithms. Lots of events are conducted. Our campus is connected by Kavi Subhash metro and Garia or New Garia railway station. Our campus surroundings are quite good. If we are residents of West Bengal, there are lots of scholarship opportunities like Swami Vivekananda scholarship. Extracurricular activities like Hackathons, Robot War, and Tree Planting programs are conducted.

NSEC : A Hidden Gem.
Placements: 70-80% of students were placed from our course through college campusing. The average package offered was around 7 LPA, with the highest being 30 LPA and the lowest being 5 LPA. Companies like Wipro, Cognizant, etc. are top recruiting companies in our college. Around 90% of students got internships in the above-mentioned companies. The top roles that were offered for our course were Software Engineer, Data Analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: For our course, the infrastructure and facilities available are above average. There is Wi-Fi available in our college. The labs are well-maintained and contain all modern equipment to work with. The classrooms are spacious and contain AC facilities as well. The library contains a large selection of books to read and consult from, as well as E-books and other online material to read and consult from.
Faculty: The teachers are extremely qualified and knowledgeable in their respective subjects. They help clear doubts and any other problems that the students may have. The course curriculum is relevant and helps the students become industry-ready. The semester exams in the college are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is 60%.

A precise review on Netaji Subhash Engineering College.
Placements: 70 to 80 percent of students are placed. Average package is 4 to 5 Lacs but off-campus placement happens too. Non-core department have good placement. You may get internship in 3rd year. If you are good, you will certainly do good. Top recruiters are Accenture, Cognizant, etc.
Infrastructure: There are no hostel facilities provided, although there are enough PG facilities provided around the college. The college does provide basic facilities like Wi-Fi, a library, and labs. You will have a canteen and sports facilities too. But the campus area is a little compromised.
Faculty: Faculty members are up to the mark. Exams are fair and strict. They are conducted by Makaut. The semester exams are fairly strict and have no tolerance for cheating. I think the curriculum needs a little bit of updating, but overall it's okay. If you study, you will succeed.
Other: Apart from academics, sports are also fairly good in NSEC. There are different events and fests conducted.

My honest review of Netaji Subhash Engineering College.
Placements: The demand of AI in the tech industry is so high. The faculty of AIML is so good in our college. They provide one on one interaction to the students. The lowest package offered is 4LPA, the average package is 6LPA and the highest package offered was 60LPA last year. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, Intel, Cognizent, Adobe, etc.
Infrastructure: The college campus is not that large. The faculty members of the college are good, they provide one on one interaction and help in hackathons as mentors along with providing regular class notes. Top quality PC setups are there in labs along with projector setups in the classrooms. Labs are fully air conditioned. Some of the classrooms have Air conditioners. There is no hostel in our college, the students stay in the nearby PG, mess or in flats.
Faculty: The teachers are so helpful and they hold strong knowledge in their relevant subjects. They provide personal guidance, mentorship in hackathons and regular class update and notes. Their teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum includes basics of discrete mathematics, calculus, linear Algebra which helps to understand the analysis of algorithms, programming languages like C, Python, R, Java & DSA, DAA, AI, OS, DBMS, etc. The semester exam questions tend to be of moderate to difficult level. To pass any exam, one has to go through each part of the syllabus.
Other: There are various events taking place in our college like Freshers welcome, Tech fest, Departmental fest & Annual fest. There are so many clubs for Cultural teams like Eco-cultural club, for photography Lensified, coding clubs like GDSC, GNX, Phoenix & Entrepreneurial clubs. For social works, there is a CSR club. There are clubs for the students who are interested in NCC. In extracurricular activities, there are sports like cricket, chess, carrom, football, badminton, table tennis, etc. available.
