NIT Agartala MBA admissions are entirely entrance-based. Candidates have to first register on the official website of the CAT to sit for the entrance exam. STEP 1: NIT-R Application Process 2025

The mode of application for the institute is online. All the information should be filled out carefully in the application form. Below is the application process for the NIT Agartala MBA course admissions:

Step 1: Visit the official website, https://www.nita.ac.in.

Step 2: Register by filling in all the important details and submitting them.

Step 3: Log in with the credentials entered during registration and start filling out the application form.

Step 4: Upload the documents.

Step 5: Pay the application fee of INR 500 in online mode at the SB Collect portal of SBI.

Step 6: Submit and print the application form.

NIT Agartala MBA Application Process 2025: Important Documents

Candidates shall keep the following documents ready to fill out the application smoothly:

• Aadhaar Card
• Entrance exam scorecard
• Class 10 mark sheet and pass certificate
• Class 12 mark sheet
• UG mark sheets and pass certificate
• PG mark sheets and pass certificate (if applicable)
• No Objection Certificate from current employer (for a sponsored category)
• Proof of payment of the application fee
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Proof of income (in case of EWS candidates)

STEP 2: Selection Rounds

NIT Agartala MBA admission is done based on scores of various national-level entrance exams such as CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ GMAT. Candidates have to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria and qualify for any one of the entrance exams to get shortlisted for the next round. Further, the shortlisted candidates will be selected based on their performance in the GD and PI rounds.

Note: Candidates who will be called for the interview must submit a signed copy of the application form and a set of copies of all certificates to the HOD on the reporting day of the interview. Along with that, they must also bring original certificates from HSC onwards for verification to the Academic Office at the time of admission.

STEP 3: Final Admission
