Very much satisfied because of good placements and infrastructure.

Infrastructure: Good facilities are available here and each course has a department of its own, labs, classrooms, and workshops. Each of them has Wi-Fi and other facilities. Nutritious and quality food is provided in the mess and canteen. Medical facilities are available 24/7. Indoor stadiums are available for sports.

College is pretty good in terms of hostel infrastructure and the lecture hall.

Infrastructure: First year, third year, and fourth year hostels are too good, and the first year hostel is the best hostel among all NITs for freshers. The hostel is good, but the mess is not good because mess food is not edible, which is 5 out of 10. It's only good on special dinner or lunch days; other days it's bad.

Shades of NIT Jamshedpur.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and they provide 24/7 Wi-Fi LAN, good labs with centralized AC, and classrooms are also good with centralized AC. The library is of average size, not too large and not too small. Everywhere you will get Wi-Fi facility and AC which makes it count as good infrastructure.

Highly satisfied because of good placements and good faculty members as well as seniors.

Infrastructure: There are a total of 14 hostels in our college. A few hostels have been built very recently, like Hostel L (1st year hostel), which has facilities similar to a 3-star hostel. There is one badminton court in that hostel and two volleyball courts. The quality of food you get in the hostel is quite decent. There is one Lecture Hall complex and one old academic building. You will get 24/7 Wi-Fi and LAN facilities. There is one library that is open 6 days a week. There is one dispensary where you can...

One of the top colleges of Jharkhand and India, NIT Jamshedpur.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average. The campus has many things to explore and necessities. Wi-Fi is there, labs are good, classrooms are good, and the library is good as well. The facilities given by the college are also good. Food is not great at all. Medical facilities are good as well.

Placement is good. Infrastructure is not so good. Academically focused curriculum with many fests.

Infrastructure: If I talk about laboratories, then the infrastructure is not so good. Labs are not well maintained. Classrooms are good, air-conditioned, and have a projector. In the library, there is a network, but we cannot access that internet. The hostel is literally very good, with a very good Wi-Fi connection, hygiene, and spacious rooms.

Good NIT, developing gradually.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are top-notch. You get the newly unveiled Birsa Munda Hall of Residence with top-tier facilities for accommodation. The initial accommodation is doubly rented. Single rooms are allotted from the 2nd year onwards. The academic facilities are also good. DJLHC, or the Diamond Jubilee Lecture Hall Complex, is the building where lectures are held. Academic labs are obsolete but still functional. Sports facilities are average, and the Student Activity Centre is very small, with only ...

NIT Jamshedpur is a place to fulfill your dream of becoming an engineer and pursue your talent.

Infrastructure: We have an excellent lecture hall, known as DJLHC, which was inaugurated in 2018. We have an excellent hostel for the first year, which has started this year. A new football stadium, a basketball court and a volleyball court are being built on our campus, which will be completed by next year. We have a gym for exercise and a open air theatre for programs.

Good placements but limited enjoyment on campus.

Infrastructure: The electrical department in our college is comparatively better than other branches. Labs are good and well-equipped. Being a first-year student, we stay in a newly built hostel, probably one of the best among any government colleges. Mess food is not that great. Classrooms are good and very modern (feel like IIT Bombay). Campus feels green and good, but the majority of the campus is empty. The college lacks an auditorium, but it is being built.

It has good academics and decent campus life.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our course are good. The only demerits are that the labs felt a little bit boring because of their old buildings. The library in our college is very good and contains all books that a B.Tech student wants. Our classrooms are decent. The quality of our hostel is very good.

Good placements with no campus life.

Infrastructure: I got a brand new hostel exclusively made for us when we came to our college, and that's the luckiest part of the college. However, the bathing water quality is poor. It causes hair fall and skin issues. The mess is also decent. Alternate non-veg and paneer are given, but there is a degradation in food quality since the semester is coming to an end.

Came with high hopes, now disappointed by the administration.

Infrastructure: New hostels have been created for PG courses and 1st year B. Tech, which have by far the best infrastructure in whole India. 3rd and 4th year hostels are also great. Just that 2nd year hostels aren’t that great, but they are still in a condition to live peacefully.

Good college to explore.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average not so high-tech but the first year hostel for boys is good and spacious. Two common halls are there in the hostel. The lecture hall complex is also in good condition. i.e., DJLHC and there are some more buildings for other activities.

Good campus and facilities, academics are also okay.

Infrastructure: My course is Production and Industrial Engineering. The infrastructure of the college is very good. There is a good Wi-Fi facility in the entire college, which is spread over 300 acres. The college is evergreen. Our college is mainly known for its best placements in all branches. It provides almost 100% placement in all branches and a good package too.

Good college, average infrastructure, and nice placements.

Infrastructure: Not great infrastructure, but two new hostels, one for boys and one for girls, are excellent. Otherwise, other hostels are not that good. Also, we don't have our own auditorium, but we do have an open-air theatre where nearly all events and fests take place.
