Placements: Almost 95% above are placed in the PIE branch. Overall, there is 92% placement percentage at NIT Jamshedpur. In this course, the highest would be around 18-20 LPA and above, the average would be around 10 LPA, and the lowest would be around 5 LPA. Eaton, JSW Steel, Flipkart (supply management roles), etc. Top roles include Data Analyst, supply chain roles, etc.

Reasons why not to leave the admission here, NIT Jamshedpur.

Placements: Talking of students placed in 2024, the number of offers represented was 725 plus. Companies visited were more than 260. The highest package was 82 LPA, and the average was 12.63 LPA. Overall, 93.76 percent of students were placed. Prominent recruiters were Atlassian, Flipkart, and Accenture. In the Mechanical department, the placement percentage was 91.5 percent. The batch size of the 2024 passout was 673.

Good placements, strong academics, and a vibrant campus life.

Placements: So, the placement of the Mechanical Engineering department is 97-99%. The highest package was around 20.5 LPA, the lowest was 5.5 LPA, and the average package is 7-8.5 LPA. Top companies like Tata Steel, JSW, JSL, JSPL, L&T, Vedanta, RIL, ABG, etc., visit our college. They provide various roles such as GET, Management Role, Design Role, Sales Role, etc.

Placements are great. Infrastructure is decent. Mess food is average. Fests are below average.

Placements: Placements are great on paper, but the records include off-campus placements. As per the 4th-year seniors, the placements are much better than at other NITs. You will get to this rank. So if you are focused on placements, then you can join this college.

Placements: Placement of our college is very good, and Jamshedpur is famous for placement. In our branches, the maximum package is 20 LPA, and the average package is approximately 8 LPA. Placements: From the 7th semester, only top companies start visiting the campus. All top IT companies visit the college. The CSE branch has an average of 27 LPA with around 95 percent placements. The core branch also has very good placements. The MME branch and the PIE branch have the best placements compared to all NITs. I am preparing for UPSC ESE. On average, around 97 percent of students get placed. The lowest package is 6.5 LPA and the highest is 82.5 LPA, which Atlassian offered to 5 students of CSE, ...
