College has a good ground facility.

Placements: Students become eligible for placements after completion of 2nd year. Our college has collaborated with Microsoft, Capgemini, Amazon, Flipkart, and many other famous companies. The highest package here is 55 LPA and the average package is 6 LPA. Our college is the bossiest and most successful.

Infrastructure: College has a gym facility but its access is allowed only to hostellers. It has a decent canteen facility. The campus will be open from 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM. College ground is the place I hang out the most and the locality is safe.

Faculty: All faculty members here are helpful, most of the times and they are always willing to help you if you don't understand and topic clearly. Here the exam system is completely dependent on the topics you study in lectures. I would say if you learn everything in the class you can score good marks.

Other: We have a main college function and a main sports event every year and several small department functions every year like Pongal celebration, Holi, etc. College has several clubs for the development of students like the photography club, design club, etc.

In my college, the education is affordable with good value.

Placements: From the third year onwards, students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit our university for placements like TCS, Accenture, Amazon, etc. I do not know the company names very well because I am studying in my first year at this university. The highest package of our university is 60 LPA and the average package is 5 LPA as per company and profile.

Infrastructure: Every student will be given a library passbook for the purpose of borrowing books. Sports events are conducted for every sport annually for all departments and the overall champion is chosen.

Faculty: In our university, we have one of the best faculty members. They guide very well and the syllabus is normal for everyone. In each year, there are four mid-exams and two-semester exams. The gap between the mid-exams is one month. Exams are moderate not tough or not easy. The student ratio is greater than the faculty ratio. I like every faculty member. The course curriculum is good.

Other: Rejior or Pecoffes is the main annual and technical symposium which is done in a grand manner. Social groups like NSS are for doing social welfare activities.

My honest review on the college.

Placements: There were varity of courses available which offered different types of job opportunities. Job opportunities and placements were good for social work, MBA, library science, law, and related departments. When we look at the trend of science students of Pondicherry University, most of them will opt for Ph.D. and higher studies. We had very good placement activities in my college. Companies like Zoho (4.5 LPA), TCS (3.3 LPA), Tech Mahindra (3.25 LPA), and L&T Infotech (3 LPA) frequently visited my college. Many other companies were yet to come. Till now, 410 students have been placed in my college.

Infrastructure: The syllabus will be updated every three years for every course conducted in the university. Course curriculum will cope with the demands of the changing world. Also, for master students, there was an option for choosing soft core courses from other departments to get more credit. Hostel could provide a good environment for the students. In the hostel, four students could share one room. The meal quality was average in the hostel. The hostel cost was little expensive. Overall, the hostel facility was average on our campus.

Faculty: Every faculty member at the university was highly qualified. Most of them were post-doctorate. Many of the science faculty members will be available in their respective research labs even at night time due to their dedication towards research. Every faculty member also had a good number of publications in reputed journals and always kept on accounting.

Placements: This is a good college for the placement purpose. Those students who are looking for a good college for the placement can choose this college. The college has well-qualified faculty members who prepare students in a good manner, and most of the students of our college get selected in the industry interviews.

Infrastructure: The college is also good in infrastructure. There is a good library and the college also has a medical facility and a dispensary is also available for students. Classrooms of the college are well maintained and the college also has the canteen facility.

Faculty: The college also has good teaching staff. All the staff of the college including our class teachers are very experienced and well talented. They teach students in good-manner. They also prepare students to be industry-ready. The course curriculum is also relevant.

I am very satisfied with PEC.

Placements: Wipro and CTS visited our college during my final semester, but they hired only a few students, i.e., 25% of the students. Mostly, it is a little bit difficult to get placed because they hire only a few students. However, in B.Tech, 80% of the students will get placed easily.

Infrastructure: Every lab has a Wi-Fi facility, which is secured, and we should get permission to access it. The hostel life is not that much good because mostly only a few students used to stay in the hostel. The security facility is a little bit low in the hostel.

Faculty: Every teacher has good experience in teaching and has well knowledge. For projects, every teacher is good at teaching students who are assigned to them. If we wish to do a PhD under our project professor, they will help us and guide how to apply and what things are required to prepare.

Good placement and good professors.

Placements: Nice placement and many MNC companies are coming to hire graduates and post graduates. Many top MNC companies are coming to hire. Many cultural programs are conducted in a year. Companies like tcs, cts, Infosys, l and t, Wipro, and other companies are coming for placement.

Infrastructure: Our college provides high-speed internet facility. Classrooms are good. They conduct medical campaign in a year and yoga for girls. There is a canteen which provides food at affordable cost. The library is good and contains a lot of books. They conduct sports on every year.

Faculty: Teacher are good and helpful. They complete the course on time. They provide seminars and conduct free seminars on various technology. They conduct paper presentation conference and publish the paper in acm digital library. They make the students to code themselves and make them to learn.
