PGIMER Chandigarh admits students to its BSc courses based on their entrance examination scores. However, in order to be eligible for giving the entrance exam, there are certain eligibility requirements regarding the Class 12 marks. PGIMER Chandigarh have laid out clear eligibility criteria for BSc in Nursing candidates. Along with the basic eligibility criteria (Only female candidate plus Class 12 with (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English), the candidates should note that the age should be between 17-25 years.

Four out of the eight PGI BSc courses comprises of a compulsory internship period in which the students are required to do an internship. PGIMER admission process is based on entrance score. To apply for admission, applicants must complete Class 12 with relevant aggregate scores for admission to UG courses. Applicants must also hold a valid score in the INICET examination for MD/ MS/ MCh/ DM. INICET is conducted by AIIMS, New Delhi. Admission to MS/MD courses is conducted twice a year and the new session starts in January and July every year. Well, to get a decent government medical college, your NEET marks should be above 600 if you are a General candidate.

 

You can get colleges even if your mark is around 580 or so, but you can't expect your college campus and facilities to be top notch.
