Review of Saranathan College of Engineering.
Placements: Above 60% of the students are eligible to attend the drive. The highest salary package offered was 4.2 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.6 LPA. Above 60% of the students got internships in Infosys. Data entry, project head and web designer are the roles offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities provided in our college are very poor. Labs facilities available are very low, and the infrastructure is the worst. The hostel is very poor, and especially the food served was not good. Medical and sports facilities are well and good. Games are not conducted regularly.
Faculty: Some staffs members in our college are very knowledgeable persons, and for the remaining staffs, there was no way to occupy the seats that's why they were selected. Course offered were exactly the citric relevant, but the staff members are not familiar with thw teaching experience. Non of the students are ready to go to the industrial area.
Other: I opted for this course because students who know software can survive in the industries. Some practical involvement is required to improve the quality of the students. Events are to be held once a year and scholarships are also available.
