It is a decent college (more than average).
Placements: According to last year's data, the prominent recruiting companies for our course include Byjus, Decathlon, Wipro, Unstop, Motilal Oswal, etc. The highest package is 10 LPA. The average package is 6.5 LPA. For internships, the highest stipend offered is Rs. 35,000 per month. The average stipend offered is Rs. 17,700 per month. More than 100 students got placement offers. Marketing domain students get the highest number of placements, exceeding HR, IT, and finance fields.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility at Satywati College. We can rent a PG or flat near by college. The college campus area is pretty good. It is larger than many north campus colleges. Wi-Fi is the worst, and we should have our own data. Classrooms and the library are good. The food in the canteen is decent. Apart from this, there is no badminton court in the college. It has a large ground and an enclosed yoga ground. Labs need a little bit of improvement.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good and supportive. Our professors are well-qualified and very skillful. B.Com (Hons) is the most common and demanding graduate course in India, and pursuing it from DU with good skills could land us in big companies. Satyawati College is under DU, so semester exams are the same for all colleges of DU, which I have found that quite easy. The pass percentage is 63%.
Other: B.Com (Hons) is the most prominent course, so I chose it. Commerce students can choose for undergraduate degree. Unnecessary subjects like AEC, SEC, and VAC are significantly increasing the burden of assignments, tests, and viva on students, and they should be removed. The crowd of Satyawati includes 60% of indecent people. If we have good friends, then it is sorted, and we will not get affected by it. This year, fests are just average. There is also no migration facility in Satyawati.
Will I get admission in Satyawati College in B.Com(Hons) without mathematics?
