CTET Last 5 Years Question Papers with Answers- The authority will conduct the CBSE CTET 2026 exam on February 8. Therefore, solving the previous years’ question papers will help candidates in assessing pattern of the exam. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the CTET 2026 notification as Information Bulletin on November 27 at ctet.nic.in. The application process started along with the notification PDF. Candidates who want to appear for the exam can fill out the CTET application form until December 18. The last date for fee payment is also December 18, 2025. The CTET exam 2026 will be conducted on February 8. The notification PDF consists of the application process, important dates, pattern, syllabus and more. The Central Teacher Eligibility Test is conducted every year. It  is conducted for two papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2.

Candidates need to appear for CTET Paper 1 if they want to become Classes 1 to 5 teachers and Paper 2 if they want to teach Classes 6 to 8. Candidates need to appear for both papers to become eligible to teach Classes 1 to 8. More than 20 lakh candidates appear for the CTET exam every year to obtain eligibility as Classes 1 to 5 or Classes 6 to 8, or Classes 1 to 8 teachers.
