Review of Presidency University for B.Tech.
Placements: In this college, many placements are conducted. The highest package is 59 LPA in Google. Last year, the percentage of placements was 70%. If your CGPA is more than 8.5 then you are eligible for placements they give you trying on how to crack placements.
Infrastructure: The hostel looks nice to see, but the food and other rooms are worse than you expect. This is one of the worst college hostels but they charge more than 1 lakhs for this. Hostel is the worst it is better to stay in the PG which is near to the college and its low budget.
Faculty: Course curriculum of college is nice. Each year is divided into two semesters and each semester has two tests one is mid-term term and the other is end-term, which is conducted for 2 months. Each semester is in 4 months and they conduct labs also for each semester.
Other: There are many students in the college. Around 20,000 students in B.Tech. Campus is too big, it's around 70 to 80 acres and it is located in the city of Bangalore near Rajanukunte.

The infrastructure of the college is good.
Placements: Because of the huge crowd in the School of Engineering, the placement packages are low compared. The college provides placement training for students from the 1st semester only.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is one of the most beautiful things, and it attracts everyone. The worst thing is that the lunch break is only for half an hour. Every hosteler comes at the same time, and the crowd is huge.
Faculty: The faculty are well trained and explain very well. We don't have holidays before exams. There is no gap between exams.

I am satisfied with the college in every aspect.
Placements: Placements in our university are good but not excellent. Almost 80% of students get placed in many top companies. It depends upon our CGPA. The average salary package offered is about 3 LPA to 4 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is about 15 LPA to 20 LPA. Overall the placements are good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. The computer labs and experimental labs are all good. The library is very good and we can find a lot of books there. It is very peaceful. The canteen and coffee cafes are good. Coming to sports, the university conducts sports regularly. The hostel of the Presidency University is good, but it is very restricted.
Faculty: Faculty members in the university are well educated and well qualified. They teach the subject well. Students can understand easily. Their interactions with the students are very good in explaining any queries or doubts. Students can gain good scores in semesters. More than 75% of the people will pass in the semesters.
Other: I chose the cybersecurity course because of my interest in it. We can get a lot of opportunities for that. Currently, this course is booming.

It has a really good infrastructure, very good facilities and very best teaching.
Placements: Our college invited very good companies to hire students. Students should have a CGPA of above 7.5 CGPA to participate in campus selection. The internships are not yet provided. This is the 1st batch of the cybersecurity course, so until now, campus selections have not been conducted to our batch. This course has a very good scope.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is very good, and they have built the buildings with very quality materials. Now also, they are constructing some of the buildings. The labs are also good here, and the construction of the ceiling of every classroom and campus is not completed. The college is still under construction, but it is very nice. I liked it very well.
Faculty: The faculty members here are very knowledgeable, and almost they are PhD holders. They are very intelligent and teach us in a very understandable way. They will teach how to face interviews, how to give seminars and how to present yourself. Semester exams are also not very tough and not very easy, and we should always learn and answer.

Q:   Is there enough demand for BTech graduates in the job market?
ShikshaGPT says
A:

If we look at the market demand, no doubt there is huge demand for BTech (Full Form: Bachelor of Technology) graduates among top recruiters who are constantly looking for skilled and knowledgeable students with fresh ideas to enhance their business growth and profitability.

Having said that, a few previous-year employment reports published by the Business Standard and Times of India suggest that students found it a struggle to land a high-paying job after completing BTech because of a lack of industry-specific skills and knowledge and cut-throat competition between Lacs of engineering students hunting for a job.

Hence, it is very important for students to focus on enhancing their skill set according to industrial demands and technological advancements, stay updated regarding all industry trends, build good networks and, most importantly, take up internships to gain experience and stand out in front of the employer.
